The hotel staff were lovely and spoke with manners. they were very helpful and accommodating to us. I mentioned it was a trip for an anniversary and birthday and they set up complimentary deco and provided a big cake which was so generous. Overall very happy with our stay.

they didn't have an electric kettle so each time we needed hot water for our baby's food, we'd need to go down and ask the breakfast buffet food downstairs could be improved as not much option so we ended up eating outside most of the time.

food a little difficult for young ones but that’s more a British thing than the hotels fault as very French/Moroccan. pool not heated in the winter so a little cold but didn’t stop the maniac children!

The Hotel itself is great. The Spa was great as well. The breakfast had nice options and the Moroccan mint tea was excellent.

The bathroom is tiny, old. The shower area could be lot better. The booking.com website says the pools are heated but in reality the it wasn't , hence our kids were disappointed.

We stayed 30 April - 2 May. The nicest thing is the pool, we spend a great time there - nice size, with some chairs for sunbaths. Next to it there is a restaurant with fair prices, and also a gym. Wi-fi was good with good signal everywhere. Hall has plenty of space. Location is good, 5-7 minutes walking from beach. Breakfast was buffet and very complete, even some hot food and variety of hot and cold drinks. There is a woman who cook really good crepes and omeletes at the moment. A young woman receptionist was very kind, good english, and helped us to print plane tickets. We benefit with a free upgrade and our room had a really nice view.

Staff at breakfast was somehow passive and lack of initiative. When you work in a hotel, you should be prepared to clean the tables after guests are gone. We saw a unclean table for 2 days in a row. Also, at lunch we waited 40mins for a dish. Finnaly, we arrived very early and need to to early check-in. There is a charge and we paid of course, that's fair. However, the cost of charge changed between one and another recepctionist, what was strange - that prices must me standardized and on a price list.

I liked the feel of the hotel and the room and how spacious it was. The facilities provided at the hotel were satisfactory. The access to the pool and sunbeds was great as was the poolside snack bar. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was also good as the beach was a short walk away as were the restaurants and other eateries. The spa was a nice modern spa and the ladies there friendly and welcoming.

Generally it was overall good but the staff at the pool restaurant could have been a bit more attentive to the people poolside for when they wanted to order. Also I requested a double bed and had two single bed pushed together so was unable to sleep in the middle as a solo traveller.

I stayed for a week with my two 10 year old children. The staff are absolutely amazing, attentive and helpful - from the men opening the lobby doors for us, the receptionists, the cleaners and the waiters (in particular me and my children would like to thank the receptionist with glasses (who also has twins), the two younger male waiters who us served daily at breakfast/ at the snack bar , and a special shout out to the life guard at the pool who we were unable to say bye to - these members of staff went above and beyond to make mine and especially my children’s stay so joyful and memorable. The staff are providing a 5* service for sure. The property itself has 4* features, a little run down visually in places but our room on the third floor was large and very comfortable, the balcony overlooked the pool and mountains/sea with a beautiful view, air con worked fine for the duration of our stay. We went for breakfast daily around 930am then a couple hours by the pool and by the time we returned everyday our room had been cleaned to a nice standard and towels replaced. The pool area and garden are the best features of the hotel, a Dj was playing music for the majority of our stay (he could have changed the music up a bit though - it seemed to play the same old fashioned songs on a loop whereas the music from next doors hotel was much much better and more current). Hotel next door is a bit noisy at night but this didn’t affect our stay in any way. Breakfast was ok, not as great as other breakfasts I’ve had as an English traveller, but decent enough omelette and pancake station, fresh croissants, cakes, juice, cereal that we ate daily, there are other options like traditional Moroccan breakfast meats and rice, but the selection of fruit could have been improved.

The breakfast could have had a few more items catering to the English traveller, turkey/chicken sausages, bacon, beans etc as I’ve always had in stays in other countries around the world and more fruit would have been lovely. Also the DJ by the pool needs to update the playlist and stop playing the same songs over. Apart from that no faults!

This is a lovely hotel near to the main beach of agadir. We stayed for 5 nights and can’t fault any of the service or facilities. The staff were all welcoming, kind and friendly and nothing was too much trouble to help, when we needed assistance printing boarding passes for our flight home, the front reception staff helped with no quibble. The rooms were lovely and as listed when we booked and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean, the cleaning and maintain staff do an excellent job. The staff who serve the bars and food are also all lovely and polite, welcoming and kind. We had breakfast included which we always had fresh options of continental breakfast, vegetables, fresh bread and omelettes and crepes / pancakes cooked to order….ohhh and lovely fresh juices and coffee. At lunch time the snacks to order from the bar, great value for money and also so fresh.

The only one grumble would be the poor wifi connection…which wasn’t a problem as i don’t want to be bothered by my phone when away, but when you need to sort out travelling and passes etc it’s poor, the only good place to connect is on reception.

Everything was as expected. The staff is very polite and willing to help in any way. The restaurant was fine and so was the breakfast buffé, although it would be very appreciated to have a little more European style in the buffé sometimes. Not just Moroccan and French (lots of sweets). Our fav person was Hanane in the reception, willing to help in anyway and recommended things when we asked. Thank you Hanane and all of you in Tildi Hotel & SPA for making our holiday even more great! We will be back :)

The disco in the next hotel (OASIS) was very loud and they play the music outside as well. It was difficult to go to sleep and took quite awhile to get sleep. This is what makes me rate Tildi from 10 down to 8!

We enjoyed our stay here very much - the room with city view was spacious and super clean, beds comfortable, breakfast is rich with many options - even with fruits and veggies (that we were missing elsewhere in Morocco)! We tried also the dinner buffet which was also very tasty and good value for money. The pool is not heated so it's only for the brave ones :) but you can still enjoy the lovely garden and the warm sun here almost the whole day. We liked the location - it's a short walk to the beach and the new cable car is around the corner. Still it doesn't get so loud in the night so you can actually enjoy your sleep! Also, there are nice local places to eat around. There are many local buses around and of course taxis (though I have never had such a bad experience with taxi drivers as in Agadir so we were avoding them). All of the staff (reception, restaurant/kitchen, housekeeping) was superb! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

Staff was great, shout out to the manager Aziz who made you feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderfull, lots to choose from. I slept like a baby on the nice big bed and enjoyed the pool, great sun all day! Location was great also, you can just walk up the beach and harbor in minutes.
