Not only is the hotel very close to the beach, it has an outdoor pool! It is a pleasure to wake up with breakfast by the pool, then head to the beach! The staff remembered me after 1 visit. I will return.

The decor could be updated. Everything is nice, and Moroccan style. But A renovation, Moroccan style, would be heavenly.

The swimming pool was very pleasant and water was very clean. Good location - there was no wind while swimming. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

More selection of hot food for breakfast would have been nice. The place sells alcohol which is a huge downside for me and if you're muslim, I would consider if that is something you'd like to fund. The alcohol is not in contact with anything you use but never the less it is still important. The pool and gym was closed but this was because we came off season. It would have been nice to know this before arriving though so we could have preplanned alternatives.

The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. Our ground floor room opened onto the grass area by the pool but it was never noisy and the pool area is well kept. The pool guy was always ready with a sunbed. The breakfast had a good selection though it was very busy but we always got a table. Good value for money.

Our room needed some attention. The bedside lights were broken completely and the tiling in the bathroom is shockingly bad. But everything was clean so we didn't really mind.

The used towels are collected around 10 am and you wouldn't get fresh towels till afternoon even if you ask for fresh one, they will telling you; later, later. ...Is totally uncomfortable to stay with no towels few hours....did was happened to me every single day during my stay there

the hotel was in a very central area easy access to the beach and local restaurants/ food outlets. the hotel was very clean and the staff weee very helpful and attentive

the hotel was a little outdated needs a little upgrading but the rooms are clean. the hotel itself is well kept the hotel restaurant offered a limited selection as a buffet breakfast the coffee machines are old and the beverages were not drinkable

the hotel was lovely. located in a place very close to the beach and other lovely restaurants. the sun hits nicely also if you wanted to sunbathe. the staff is very helpful and friendly and the cleaners are also very nice

the food - very disappointed with the food, there was no variety of choice, the food provided was cold and we couldn’t eat there after one night which meant having to eat outside even though we were half board.

Amazing location, next to central bus station, and all major public transport routes. Do not afraid to use buses, its very cheap and brings you to destination safe (Crocopark 50minutes, 0.40 eur, Taghazout 40min, 0.70 eur, Central Market 15min, 0.40 eur, Airport 50min 5.00 eur). As well you can feel real vibes of local life. Please note timetables for buses on Google are not real. You just need to wait for a bus 15-20-30min. Hotel itself is very dated (glorious days of this resort now are in the past) and need renovation, especially bathrooms. But hey, price reflects that. Most of hotel facilities were closed in February (no spa, no outside bbq/bar etc. Staff members are working hard, very pleasant and helpful. Be nice to them. They are doing their job for a little money. Breakfast room is very busy in the morning, but there are plenty of seating. Food is very basic and not European. But selection of pastries was great, as well they doing tasty omelette and local pancakes (need to wait in line). Hotel has one pool and 7 minutes walk to seaside to huge public beach. Territory is very green and relaxing. On tv you can only get 6 local tv channels. Bathrooms are clean, but badly needs renovation. Minibar in the room is empty, so its just a fridge. Balconies equipped with tables and chairs for relax outside. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for couple of nights stay, for young generation, backpackers. Its not a romantic place or luxury resort. Its basic, providing great service far better than majority of europeans budget/middle class hotels.

Hotel is just opposite to the local bus station from where one can get direct buses to Agadir International Airport (One way fare is 50 AMD & return fare is 80 AMD, taking almost 50 minutes) and many other locations. In my case full board accommodation for 3 days was an excellent option for a reasonable room rent. This hotel has a very large infrastructure despite it is not kept in good order.

This hotel is very old construction and it needs renovation soon especially in bath rooms which strongly reflects on its recent review by clients. Air-condition, fridge, kettle etc are missing in this 4-star hotel. Open swimming pool is not that clean and water is not replaced daily which prevents its use by the clients on a daily basis.

The decor in the common areas is beautiful. It was very clean. The pool area and gardens are lovely. Comfy beds. big rooms. Housekeeping did a great job. We had a nice view from our balcony. Good WiFi. Breakfast included. Great hotel for the price

Air-conditioning wasn't very powerful which was OK for us as it wasn't too hot at night but in summer would be a nightmare. Booked twin room but when checked in they gave us a double. They changed our room the next morning so no big issue. Initially tried to tell us we couldn't pay by card on check in which seems to be a common pattern from reading reviews. Told them I couldn't withdraw cash on my card and transaction eventually went through.
