The hotel is in a great central location, good for exploring the town and hitting the beach in a few minutes. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, similarly the bathroom. And good functioning air con in this temperature was appreciated. The outside dining area by the pool is really tranquil and menu good (there's also a separate restaurant here, slightly higher class and worth a visit). Breakfast was simple but nice options for cooked, pastry, cereal, fruit etc. Also there's the worst painting of horses I've even seen, it's worth visiting for that alone.

Very hard sell the moment we arrived - we were offered what sounded like a complementary coffee and chat with a tour guide but turned out to be a billed coffee and forceful attempt to sell overpriced excursions. We'd already been in Agadir for a night (stayed elsewhere due to flight issues) and found a great alternative provider, so a bit taken aback by the 150 - 200% mark up. Also there are amazing hammams/ massages to be found in spas across Agadir, our personal experience is that the in-house spa is high on cost and low on experience. But neither of these things are a deal-breaker, would definitely return here if coming back to Agadir.

Breakfast was really good with buffet food refreshed when needed. Coffee was excellent. Option of outside tables was used to free inside tables for use of later risers, and an overspill area at busy periods. Room was great and adequately sized. Staff were on hand at all times and security was very welcome, Booking of excursions worked well through the reception team, inspiring confidence in the ability of yje guides.

Not comfortable with settee seating in dining room but this may be a Moroccan style of dining. Did not use the pool. Plastic waste hanging from top branch of pine tree was a shame but would take some ingenuity to remove!

The hotel is quirky but in a good way. It's a bit back from the beach(private beach) but within walking distance 10mins. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc in the area so there are always people around which makes it feel very safe and secure day or night. The hotel staff are very welcoming and attentive from the reception, to the bar to the restaurant to the cleaning ladies, I can't say enough. The pool area and rooftop area are lovely. I would have liked to have been able to have a drink up on the rooftop in the evening but this didn't seem to be available it's probably the time of year...there's a bar up there!!!! Cosy comfy and relaxing place I will definitely go back again!! I hope!

Lots of people travel light these days so it's nice to have toiletries available at the hotel. There was a minimum.. shower gel/shampoo dispensers and soap but that was it!! sun destinations need conditioner and body lotion !!The food in the restaurant was good but not a huge choice of Moroccan food unfortunately! I had a street facing room so it was a little noisy at times but it didn't stop me from sleeping..

It was friendly, traditional, a good service and well presented. We particularly liked the good choice at breakfast, the atmosphere and lighting around the pool decoration of the stairway - and the central location and thefacility of the private section of the beach.

We were happy with everything. We divided our days between organised trips out and exploring Agadir. Although the hotel has no lift, (or balcony in the room), this did not matter to us - (there are only three floors). We enjoyed sitting out beside the pool area. The staff were attentive and helpful.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of food (european / moroccan). Good position (just 10min walking from the beach), big pool and really clean room. The private beach is very beautiful. From the airport, every taxi will charge you for 220 MAD (maybe a bit less if you are good at dealing).

Staff will charge you for everything (even a local phone call for a taxi driver we trust).

This hotel is perfect for a couple to spend a few days up to a week. The rooms are spotless and the area around the pool with few restaurants are gorgeous. Had good time with the evening live music as well. The breakfast is fine, perhaps a larget variety of fruits would make it more attractive. And worth to mention fresh flowers in the hall everyday as well as private beach area and nice view from the top terrace.. Highly recommend

There is some noise if your room has windowslooking at the street. Otherwise no other dislikes.

Staff was really welcoming and helpful. Cozy authentic design. Our room was even cosier than in pictures. Location is pretty good, quiet street, restaurants and supermarket nearby. 12-15 minutes walk to the sea and they have private beach. Sunbeds, towels and umbrellas are a bit worn out but it's still better than staying in public beach area. They have small spa, I've enjoyed Hammam treatment and massage, prices are reasonable. Bed was very comfortable and huge size. Breakfast was simple, but had enough aprons both cold and warm food. Coffee was tastier than in to of hotels.

No balcony in the room and no elevator, but it wasn't a big problem. Staff helped to bring baby stroller upstairs when necessary. Spa is tiny and pretty basic.

The breakfast was great a large selection was offered. The swimming pool was very welcome after a long drive. We went down to the private beach that belongs to the hotel well worth the visit to the sea. Great loungers and clean towels. The staff were amazing and even though there was no kettle in the room they gave me hot water to make tea 😀 The bedroom was very clean great shower very hot. It was a very enjoyable stay highly recommended this hotel.

There was nothing not to Like about this hotel the staff were very friendly and the hotel was very well run.

Nice small hotel. Friendly staff. Good restaurant for dinner. Excellent spa (Hyatt). Private beach area is a nice facility.

Location isn't great, it's about a 20 minute walk to the sea front promenade and 25 minutes to the private beach area and part of the walk is quite steep. Breakfast was ok, but not great, some fruit would be a nice addition.

Loved the decor and style of the place, it’s even better in real life. Very intimate and quite cosy. Location was great. Staff were accommodating and attentive. Also the hotel security are very good, they go the extra mile to make sure you are safe.

These are all things that wouldn’t deter me from staying again, but the pool is freezing cold. My room was cleaned daily, though I did notice the bed frame had a lot of dust. Also the shower has an open wall, which means the floor can get flooded if you aren’t careful. None of these factors spoiled the stay though.
