I like the set of the pool & the design of the interior of the hotel. The way its built is as though there is natural air conditioning that keeps heat out, it makes staying there that much more comfortable. The location is extremely convenient as just behind there's the beach and the road leading up to the Marina with all its activities and restaurants, but from the main entrance one has quick access to local stores and other hotels & restaurants, making highly convenient for cheap grocery shopping and socialising with new people staying nearby.

It seems some toilets have a delay period between every flush to where it can take anywhere from 10-20 minutes before one can flush again, if this can be looked into it would be great.

Respectful and polite staff. Spoke very good English. Clean hotel and provides a calm, relaxing and professional atmosphere! Very good value for money and I would definitely be rebooking this hotel again and recommending this hotel to others!

All elements of my stay were great- No negatives at all. However I didn't try the resturant during my stay as was only there 4 nights. So in order to comment I would need to experience all the facilities properly.

The room as a whole. Breakfast was great. Pool was great, close to the beach, most of Agadir is walkable from it.

The shower would randomly fill up rly quick. The wifi was fine but CONSTANTLY dropped in and out and would often just drop out. A couple of these times were due to power outages in the area but I doubt there were power outages on and off every 5-10 minutes.

I love the staff working their always very kind and helpful especially the ones near the receptionist and the receptionist as well. The breakfast is also good and the service is good.

Just wish the wifi was great in the corner room 6025. room phones weren't working to reach out to the receptionist

I would say everything was good

Beautiful view and balcony, bed were comfy, room was big and spacious. Perfect location to explore everything in Agadir and you're near the beach. Breakfast variety was great but the quality was poor to be honest.

Aircon didn't work, shower didn't work and kept getting cold. The chair and table in the balcony was super rusty. Breakfast wasn't so good.

I highly recommend this place and im definitely coming back, the staff are so welcoming specifically in the reception, they really make you feel that yu r ate home . The housekeeper from 5004 was absolutely adorable. Staff in the buffet as well The view from my room as lovely. In general it was a 💯 Thank you all

excellent hotel. all staff are very helpful and always in good mood. I do not understand the mentality of those who say this is not a good hotel. maybe they don’t travel much. this is one of the best hotels in agadir. just go and enjoy.

I see that in the morning at breakfast you really lack staff. And a big hotel like that there's no gym no spa and there's no TV it doesn't work

The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The staff was kind and helpful. Access to the beach is amazing.

The hotel needs to be updated, a little run down. Also the windows in the lobby need a good wash. The atmosphere at the breakfast area was a little sad, all the furniture needs to be updated. Also I wish there were more fruits and vegetables available. Someone at the reception ordered us a taxi and said it´s going to cost 200 MAD. The taxi driver asked for 230 MAD at the airport :/
