Very well located, close to beach but not on main strip, near quiet residential area with several good options to eat, nice fresh juice stand, close to cableway to the kasbah. Staff at reception in morning and nights always polite and friendly, great rooftop terrace where breakfast is served with view of sea and minaret of nearby mosque. Breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee and fresh bread and pastry. While furniture was basic it was all very clean, room cleaned daily. Wifi was always strong enough to make a phone call, at all hours. Can't be better at the budget price.

Really enjoyed my stay, furniture a bit basic but very clean and room was fairly large.

This was my fourth visit at this place. The hotel is centrally located, some 10 minutes walking from the sea. There is also a bus station (VALLEE D'OISEAUX ) very close to this hotel with cheap connections (4 Dirham) to most places in Agadir. The staff members are fantastic and very helpfull. The breakfast is served on the roof-terrace. The price/quality ratio of this hotel is very good!

The place has seen its best days and would deserve a refurbishment. Also the continental breakfast could be varied.

The hotel has a good location, is clean and the staff is very friendly. The room's furniture is rather outdated. There was cleaning every day and the shower had warm and cold running water. The wifi worked well. The staff is very helpful and service-minded in every regard. I could stay here again! This hotel is 550 meters away from the beach. Some 300 meters away you find the Vallée de Oiseaux (Bird's valley) bus stop with connections to anywhere within Agadir. Some 300 meters away there is a minimarket where you can buy things you need.

There is a nice roof terrace but the breakfast served there is very unvaried. Only sweet things are available. You will find it boring if you stay a longer time.

Very nice staff, good English is spoken. Room was spacious. Hot water, walking distance to everything, shops etc arround. Bus from the airport stop is close. Free breakfast served on the rooftop, wifi ok.

Very old hotel, lots of things should be reconstructed asap. Very simple breakfast, but ok. I had so so quiet room, facing inside, but still needed earplugs. Other rooms are facing main street etc, can be noisy. Could be cheaper fort what it is..

Very attentive helpful staff! rooms were spacious and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast terrace has amazing views of the bay. Tours can be organised at the front desk, and there is a lovely atmosphere all throughout, It is a small, local hotel operated by a family. We loved supporting the local economy, and all the food recommendations we got from the staff were amazing.

1 room looked onto the street, had a beautiful view, but the 2 night clubs underneath were loud. to be fair, our other room looked at the courtyard, which was lovely and quiet, so there are options :)

A clean hotel with working wifi and very helpful staff with whom it was easy to be in touch through the Booking-app. They always replied quickly and thanks to that I could arrange a pickup for myself and the huge bicycle box I was taking with me. There was a night concierge waiting for me who knew the details as well. Just as the other staff who took over the other morning.

The only, and really the only thing I can think of was that I couldn’t sit outside on the roof terrace for breakfast as there were just a few tables available outside. But that is of course a minor thing compared to all the very positive things to choice this hotel.

This place was amazing just because of the owner of this hotel - Lahcen. He speaks greatly in English, French, and many more languages. Very welcoming and friendly staff, they will help you with all questions, recommendations, excursions, and needs. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast is simple, but enough (coffee, tea, fresh juice, bread, pastries..). The beach is just a 10-minute walk. Overall very nice for staying longer period.

It can be a bit noisy during the night because of the closest nightclub and cars on the streets.

Location. Room. Terrace. Cleanliness. Transfer. A kind, beautiful and English-speaking reception worker, a practical, careful and pleasant hotel owner (manager?) and nice, kind, smiling employees create a pleasant microclimate of the hotel. I would like to go back there!

WiFi in my room. A man from the staff was 20 minutes late in serving breakfast, so I was left without breakfast because I had to leave. The same man, coming from the store with products, did not wash his hands before preparing them (I did not hear it). And served at the table in an overcoat!! which is not hygienic! If I may suggest - in the rules of internal order, stipulate that no one, including employees, watches TV after 23.00 to stay overnight in the hotel.

Incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Beds seemed almost new. Pillows were the best in my two months in Morocco, soft and not too big.....if you like big pillows you can always use two but I prefer smaller pillows and these were perfect. Good size room, double bed, single bed and a table....amazing as I'd only booked a single room. Location is on a lovely boulevard close to beach.

Discotheque opposite was a bit noisy but I have earplugs! Hot water was a bit intermittent!

An excellent location . Near the bus hub so excellent for arrivals from the airport and using buses in town and onwards. Easy walk to beach, marina and kasbah. Lovely helpful staff and excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. Great value for money.

No complaints what so ever. Within the price range it is correct.
