Absolutely loved: The Staff (shout out to Mohamed and Majid!) I’ve never met such a lovely group of people, I wish I could recall everyone’s name to shout them out as they were all just phenomenal. Nothing was too much. I also liked that they were very open minded and kind. The housekeeping (rooms were cleaned beautifully) we left things out and never did we come back feeling like things had been moved that shouldn’t have been etc. The decor in the main hotel lobby and the poolside (GORGEOUS). The kids entertainment was kept aside and didn’t bother those without children but at the same time the children still were part of the hotel which was nice to observe. The poolside food was pretty okay - I’m a non meat eater and there were two choices for me and another that they happily would amend to make plant based. They had almond milk!!! That is a first when going on holiday haha!

The dinner was really bad on most nights. So we went out to eat. The rooms were a little less wow than the lobby but more than fine. It is a little out the way but there is a shuttle bus but with poor food at the hotel was forced to head out and sometimes that could be a bit of a faff when you’re a bit tired from being out on excursions etc. Do not book the buggies or the quads from Tagazout at the hotel - the buggies in particular were terrible and had no brakes and no steering.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Huge selection of Pools however as it was February the heated pool was used the most. Heated pool consists of 0.50m and 1.40m depths so good for family use. Burkini usage was allowed which allowed the entire family to enjoy the pools together and main reason for booking this hotel was the heated pool option. No shops nearby (although a mini market in the hotel available 24/7) however we had a car hire so was not a problem and a trip to agadir or Tagazhout was done almost daily. About a 25mins drive to Agadir. Highly recommend hiring a car. Staff were excellent especially Nadia on the 2nd floor was amazing at her job.

If you don´t speak french, communication can be difficult. - The Pool and outside are is very beautiful and with nice views over the entire bay - They had live music every night during the dinner, which was very nice, but sometimes too loud - The food was good, not exceptional, but with good variation. Coffee was not very good and the fruit selection could be improved. - Very nice kids Animation Team

- The gym is quite small - No stairs, only annoying elevators - The Hotel is not reaching 5 Stars to european standards, but still good - Some things need renovation, especially all carpets

We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas and had a fantastic time. The pool area offers a relaxing atmosphere with great views over the bay, there's a selection of areas to enjoy the sun & the bar area sells everything you could want & i felt was good value. The food is one of the best things about this hotel, breakfast buffet gives you a nice mix of Moroccan options & typical breakfast items including fresh omelette & pancake stations, good tasting coffee too. Poolside bar serves up great options for lunch & evening meal is served in buffet style & was top notch. we opted for the Christmas set menu which we really enjoyed. Great staff really friendly & helpful, we had a slight room issue on the first evening being placed right above the bar which was a touch too noisy for us but this was rectified the next day and we were moved to the opposite side, no hassle.

Not really much to not like, our only issue was for our first two days the main pool was undergoing maintenance & we weren't notified of this before booking. Having known this we might've decided to stay somewhere else, again we informed staff of this and they treated us to a free dinner there by way of apology. If the main pool was open for our entire stay it would be a 10 for this review.

The entré to the hotel is very grand. It’s very clean everywhere. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages.

We had booked a family room. It was a good size. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable so my son ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor. I like sleeping on a hard mattress but the mattress in the hotel was extremely hard. It would have been perfect had there been a top mattress. There was a big renovation of one of the pools which was noisy and dusty. It would have been great to have had this info before booking because I would have chosen to go elsewhere. Where we live we are surrounded by construction. We were looking forward to a peaceful holiday.

The 24/7 Marketplace where one could buy water, soft drinks, beer, wine and other beverages and sandwiches. The spa was great - enjoyed the Royal Hamam and massage. The staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping ladies and the servers at the terrace restaurant.

The a la Carte menu was limited. After a buffet breakfast we did not want a buffet dinner as well, but options were limited. The view was lovely but to access the beach, one had to take a shuttle to Hyatt Regency, which has its own private beach where Hyatt Place residents can go. There was no entertainment at night ( music) whereas Hyatt Regency seemed to have more to offer in terms of beach restaurant with live music.

The free transfer to the beach + free towels on the beach and swimming pools. The experience of a Morocco dinner with music (it was good for 1 night, but every night is was to much). The staff was good and the cleaning too.

It was Ramadan and the hotel did not notice us that, at dinner, they would serve it to all Morocco families that would be willing to pay for it. Conclusion, on the first night, we had to wait 1h to even get close to the buffet... and in the end, where were food options already unavailable. The following nights were more or less the same, with Morocco families and the hotel guests, sharing the same buffet. Due to Ramadan, some services closed early like spa.

Cleanliness of the hotel and facilities. Great rooms, a wide selection of good food that would appeal to a wide audience, helpful and friendly staff and lovely pool. The spa was great offering a wide range of massage therapies, steam and sauna and hot tub.

Whilst the hotel had a well designed and great looking bar, it lacked atmosphere and most nights it was totally empty. The bar staff were pleasant but lacked passion and motivation and what I would describe as bar person mentality. There was a general lack of things to do in the evenings as apart from a DJ at the pool bar, there was no entertainment.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and would do anything to make the stay better for the guests. The breakfast was fantastic, really great selection with different stations making things fresh for you, couldn’t have asked for anything more from breakfast they even had Soya milk available. They also had an extra bar ‘Huber’ which was outside and overlooked the beach from the top of the hill. A fantastic spot with great cocktails and snacks.

The gym could have been better equipped it was very basic and when we went to use the indoor pool we were told it was closed and the spa wouldn’t even let us use the toilet there which I found very odd as everywhere else staff were so friendly.

We loved the ambience, interiors, and facilities. We had so much fun taking photos and videos. The place is IGworthy! We felt like we were the only ones there. It was so relaxing. We loved having the pool to ourselves. My son enjoyed the table games. And he was sad leaving the hotel. The service was superb, especially from the people in the restaurant - special mention to the ones during the dinner buffet. They were so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere eating outside the hotel under the parasols beside the heater. It is winter there but we enjoyed our dinner like it was summer outside. We enjoyed the spacious room and were given a late check-out by reception considering our late flight back home. The view from the balcony is great, seeing the being developed hotel beside us and a glimpse of the beach faraway. Thank you! I think this hotel will be popular in the future, there's so much potential here.

There were too many renovations happening at the time that we were there. It was a bit annoying to avoid all of them when walking and taking photos or videos. The linen under our bed's duvet was stained and looked unhygienic, so we needed to ask for it to be changed in the evening since we didn't check on it upon arrival only when we were about to sleep. They were quick, though, to respond to the request. The location is far away from the beach. Spending a night here won't let you experience the surfing life in taghazout. If you would like to experience the beach life, book the other Hyatt. If you want peace and a calming experience, and just looking at the beach faraway is enough for you, then this hotel will suit you.
