Breakfast was hotel standard with all the usual and staff very efficient. Our room was a good size and had a lovely large deck deck ( 212) . Staff were generally quite good and helpful. Beach was ok but still lots of rubbish. We were given a late check out, which was appreciated and if we messaged reception they were generally responsive. Meals at the beach bar were fine, not a wow but adequate. Worth a trip into Taghazout for lunch or dinner - a couple of nice restaurants on the beach. Was cooler and a bit quieter at Paradis Plage. Pool area was nice and there was generally space.

Towels around pool and at beach often ran out- at the weekend the beach bar turned in to party zone with many arrivals for the weekend which was fine but if you want quiet - not ideal. Whole resort needs a refresh and it is happening in bits now. Gym was pretty tired. Rubbish on the beach. There were the standard cat and dogs which we did not mind but some might. Cocktails seemed very weak. Pool was a bit green at times and needed a good clean. As did a few other areas like pool side tables and loungers. Our room cleaning was variable. Most issues could be easliy fixed, just seemed a bit tired.

The staff , location and amneties, suite premium and yoga classes

The breakfast and food in general. It is so easy to make a good breakfast but the hotel has a problem to buy/make good bread , croissants etc, too many industrial items on the buffet, bad coffee and tea, bad jam , even eggs are not well done....so sad that the food is below average and totally overpriced for such a nice venue. We love this hotel, make some changes, please! And try to stop the junk food, it doesn't match the yoga spirit.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here . The beach was stunning , the sound of the waves at night . We had a junior suite and it was extremely spacious and very well laid out beautiful patio. The whole grounds of Paradis Plage are just exceptional along with the kindness and friendliness of the staff. The yoga Shaka was definitely the best I’ve practiced in and our Yoga teacher Carlston was top class. I highly recommend taking yoga classes while here it is rare to find such a good teacher . The breakfast was another highlight with so many options and all freshly prepared . This resort was above and above our expectations it is a must if visiting this part of the coast . The perfect blend of five star luxury , relaxation and yet a personal touch . They really are hitting all the right notes . We look forward to returning and will be recommending this place to anyone hitting to Morocco

Really cannot think of anything

the rooms were modern and clean, the pool was nice, the beach area also. the lunch by the beach was generally good. the gym was useful and the yoga class was great. its a beautiful property and close by to cute restaurants and shops. the spa was nice, we got massages by the beach which were OK

the staff at the beach restaurant were easily overwhelmed by big groups, orders would not get fullfilled and there was always an issue with the payment. the evening restaurant was not good i would not recommend it. there is this cool zen garden with hammocks and things but the jacuzzi there was absolutely disgusting, it had clearly not been cleaned out in months, the water was lukewarm and there was mold in the jets.

October 2023

There have been many improvements since last October when we were here. The new play area is great, as is the change in menu and the upgrades to the beach bar. The staff are also lovely: particular mention must go to Aziz who did everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The yoga studio is wonderful and Karsten is excellent.

The gym could do with an upgrade. Abdullah is lovely as always but new equipment would help him. The pillows are not good!! Please upgrade them!! The animals roaming around are better than last year but sometimes it can get a bit much!

December 2023

Late December visit. 5 days of beautiful sunshine and warm enough to swim in sea and pool. Three generations of our family could not have enjoyed stay more. Clean and spacious room, sun loungers, bean bags and beach bar overlooking stunning and almost empty beach (except for a few camels and galloping ponies). First class buffet breakfast and food in resort or local fish and traditional food restaurants. Yoga looking out to sea very special. Thank you to all the team who made our stay so enjoyable.

Nothing of substance.

I liked absolutely everything about this resort, I highly recommend it especially outside of the busy season! They have an awesome Surfhouse and all the staff is incredible nice!

I only did one yoga class because the style of yoga taught was a bit different from what I’m used to.. the first 30mins of the class were a series of warm up / basic gymnastics movements and the second half was 4 sun salutations A and four Bs and that was it.. not really vinyasa, not really ashtanga, not really Hatha… not really anything according to me. other than that the resort is absolutely fabulous!

Everything! It’s a beautiful place with fantastic facilities, right on the beach. Stylish, clean, comfortable, well laid out and has a really nice vibe. The kids LOVED it all and so did we.

Some of the staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly, some not so much - nothing really in particular and certainly no big criticism. Room service via the in-house app didn’t work either. Neither thing had a negative impact on our stay.

September 2023

First class staff, very good facilities and extremely clean. Complex restaurants were also very good.

Quality of the gym equipment could be better especially the exercise bike which was very poor for such a resort. Also we were there during the earthquake and it was clear that there was no defined procedure as the staff didn't know what to do - not really a criticism given how often such events occur but defo worth putting something in place so guests are left wondering what to do.
