It was next to the stadium so easy to go back and forth especially during the cold season and having a toddler.

The staff member was very rude from when we got there. In my years of travelling it was the first time for me to see that the lady that checked us out went to check on the room before we left like she excepted the room to be in a mess or something. (mind you someone close to me was also there but she didn't go and check on his room. She called him by his name so i assume he was a regular). We went for a rugby match and for some reason my family were told to keep quiet but we weren't the ones making noise. Discrimination much.

Beautiful big spa bath and good sized bathroom. Good heating and bed was very firm and options of different pillows is good. Even though close to the stadium the noise was not noticeable with FIFA on one of the nights. Generally quiet and private.

I would have like the option of Netflix or TV on Demand. Only standard channels available. The bathroom could do with a refresh and a little more attention to cleaning cobwebs out of corners. Windows also were not very clean and this was on the inside next to the spa. Just a little treat would be to have a couple of coffee sachets for the Plunger. Not the awful Robert Harris bags, but the grained sachets that are available in quite a few of the motels.

Good value, basic accomodation for transit stay.

Face value everything was clean but dropped something behind a table and found 5 years of dust, no so pleasant

The location was perfect. Short 2 minute walk to the stadium for the rugby. Also close to all other amenities, esteries, and the PaknSave. The place was a lot cleaner than other reviewers said. It's super tidy and better than we expected. The family apartment is very well equipped and just all round a decent stay. Staff was lovely on arrival. She checked us in early and was super helpful. I'm glad I didn't listen to the reviews because it ended up being a really good stay.

The heatpump took a long time to figure out how to work, and because it was cold and wet, we were very cold. But once we got there, it was perfect.

The location was good for me to get around to where I needed to go. The room was great, the bed was so comfortable, shower was awesome lovely and hot for the cold mornings in Hamilton, traveling on my own (being a woman) I felt very safe coming back late at night. The Manger Jenny and staff were fantastic, couldn't have asked for anything more.

The welcome was genuine and nice; the bed was soooo comfortable, and the evening in such a full motel, was surprizingly quiet and restful.

The only concerning aspect would have been the stairway leading to the units on the first floor. It would have been a relatively simple maintainance task to make this a little safer by stabilizing / tightening stair treds. Because for an elderly person like me, suitcase in hand, the tred movement on the downward journey did cause concern.

location for the stadium bed super soft easy going & no muck around at reception cozy fitting room not too big not too small just right loved the fan above the bed 😀 huge bathroom w shower & spa. the room wasnt fancy but it suited us as we are ordinary people. i always prefer a room at the end which we were given.

Location was ideal (close to FMG stadium). The unit was ideal for me - really just wanted a bed and a shower, and left early next morning. Check in was easy. A surprising feature was lack of noise - the motel was full of (mostly) happy spectators, but noise was minimal, check out was simple.

Staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Made extra effort to ensure me and my family had everything we needed and nothing was a bother. Rooms were neat and tidy. Enough space for my family of 5. Will definitely come back and have recommended to others just because of the friendly staff.

Spa bath jets weren’t working but wasn’t a big deal.
