Great place to stay! Everything you need for a family stay is all here. Beds are nice and comfy, and it was quite clean and very peaceful at the time of our visit. Good variety of channels on TV, and a cute kitchen with all the essentials, but BYO oil if you're planning on cooking 😀. Complimentary drinks on arrival was such a surprise and also very kind of the motel, just what you need after a long trip.

Hot water went fast after filling up the spa bath. Had to wait an hour or so till the shower was nice and hot again. But that was ok, did not think about that before filling up LOL

The husband and wife team were inviting extremely accommodating even cook me a dinner meal even though I didn't book one went the extra mile with the beers too man that's all one man could ask for and they are both very approachable I'll be back can't rate them high enough even the other guest were great we all met by the pool and we mixed just like a family hey and we all came from different walks of life na love the place and it was my very time there too Che guys lez

I can't find much to fault. I appreciated that they encourage guests to recycle, but there was nowhere to recycle food waste. Also, the internet was intermittent, though this was likely due to Cyclone Gabrielle. Maybe also invest in sturdier ironing boards when you replace these.

It’s conveniently off the main road into Kerikeri but surrounded by mature trees so you feel secluded and there isn’t much road noise either. Lovely pool and cabana area and lots of shaded spots on the grass with trees to enjoy. Opposite the weekend markets and good cafe and next door to the chocolate shop.

This motel has a quiet, serene feel to it. We felt at home straight away. Everything was very well maintained including the gardens. The unit was a generous size. The location is great because it's quiet and yet close to KeriKeri. We were given a welcome glass of wine and beer. Much appreciated.

I like a fairly soft bed, I found this one a little hard for me. Most people would probably be fine with it. Minor thing ... I found the TV a bit small for the size of the room. The main road was very busy, at times difficult to get in and out of the property. Not much can be done about that.

Lovely relaxing location and rooms. Peaceful little garden, and thoughtful to have good quality mosquito-blinds on windows just in case. We didn't use the pool, but that looked nice. The jacuzzi was a welcome feature.

Only niggle was the bed seemed to be on wheels, which moved a bit during the night and affected sleep a little.

The unit, although close to the main road, was private and quiet. It was clean and tidy and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were modern and easy to use.

There were three of us staying in the unit and only two towels were supplied when we arrived. This was, however, quickly remedied. We also felt that more power points were needed behind the beds for the bedside table lamps and electric blankets.

Friendly welcome. A well appointed and presented room with a patio for relaxing in a very peaceful setting. Only a short drive from central amenities.

The toilet being right next to the shower tray plinth was a bit cramped.

Pool and units Complementary wine. Manager helped us out a few days before our stay when the road to Paihia was clogged on Waitangi Day and we couldn’t get through. Chilled by pool until we could. Very kind.

We loved the spa bath + outdoor grass area for my little one to run around. Beautiful nature feel to it. Room was spacious and catered to our comfort. Very clean and had everything we would need on our stay 😊
