I loved the room service staff they made us feel like we were family... Big ups to them as they attended to our every need making sure linen, towels bedding was all accommodated for throught our stay!!! Location was perfect for my family and we have made sure to make that room a regular stay for us and many more we plan to take there on our next adventures... thank yous soo much ❤️

The fact that reality was over and we had to say goodbye

The restaurant meal was top quality with impressive flavours. It was convenient to have dinner at the restaurant, have a drink in the sports bar and then go upstairs to our room. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. The central location was great too, we popped out for a walk to see the habour after dinner and across the road for breakfast.

Limited showers meant we had to wait for showers.

Great building with lovely balcony to chill out on. Girl who runs the main bar was absolutely fantastic, girl who checked me in could have been a bit more cheerful.For the price I paid great value except!!

If you book here make sure you do not get room 8 as it is directly above the motor than runs the kitchen fridges, horrendous noise !. Nothing else that was not good.

The accommodation was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. They loved the water pressure in the shower and the comfortable beds. Great location that was tranquil with natural surroundings. The staff had a professional warm and friendly manner and were hard working throughout the evening. Great having a courtesy van available. Thank you for having us.

Nothing that we didn’t like.

it is the old hotel in the centre of Raglan so is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Had old world charm and was nicely decorated for the period. There is a a guest lounge which leads onto the second storey verandah which was a nice place to watch the world go by.

Maybe I am getting old and fussy but I was disappointed that it was a shared bathroom. Facilities were great and clean.

The friendly staff and proximity to the yot club

There was no duvet but they found one. It was the weekend so the restaurant below was noisy

Convenient, warm, friendly staff.

Rooms have no onsuites but reflected in the price. Quite a walk to the shower but hot and strong!

off-site self contained unit perfect for couple, and there's a bunk room for kids too. modern bathroom, nice outdoor areas front and back. short drive or walk to main part of raglan. the owner was staying upstairs and is super friendly.

minor nitpick, the tiled floors were a bit slippery possible due to cleaners not wiping away detergent?

Great Location. Family friendly if you make it work yourself (bring your own cot, toys etc.)

Staff didn’t give us any information during check in. We were only asked for payment and then handed the keys. That was not very welcoming. There was complimentary instant coffee, but the ‘clean’ cups were dirty. Nevertheless we liked the place it definitely has character and great location.

Food is exceptional, we had dinner, snacks and breakfast. Very good location, pool table for the kids was a bonus.

Shower was overflowing seems a bit blocked. The shared room with the fridge and coffee table can be a bit more neat and perhaps add personality.
