SPA was very limited. but enough for short stay. Room was as we expected. Great location, close to Rotorua downtown but quite, close to main attractions in the region. Easy access to the beach and walking path

Very week internet access in our room. Selection of breakfast and dinner menues very poor. It is better to organize more cost effective buffet breakfast and extend menue for the dinner. Extra charge for Credit cart payment was quite a surprise - never sow something like that, BOOKING.COM should put the information about this.

The location by the lake was scenic. We enjoyed sitting outside on the outdoor setting as a family. It was great having access to a washing machine and dryer. Room was comfortable.

The property needs maintenance - regrouting in shower recess, spa, sauna area needs revamping, grass around pool needs mowing.

Attractive room and comfortable. Good location by the lake. Nice spa. Warm greeting from reception. Appreciate the use of a washing machine and dryer. Relaxing furniture by the pool and outside the rooms. Staff friendly particularly the young lady we registered with.

We were misled regarding use of the washing machine by 2 staff. We were told we could use it between 8am and 9 am. However another guest alerted us that he had put his name on a roster booking the washing machine at 8am. That was after I commenced use of the washing machine. The pool looked as if it has seen better days.

The receptionist was the bomb. I dont knkw what he gets paid but i feel like its not enough he was just so efficient and on to it. And every other staff member i interacted with we very kind and helpful. It really really set the tone of a weekend getaway from the second i stepped on the property. The receptionist appeared, as if out of no where, the moment i entered to check in. I got a bit lost on my way to bring my luggage and a very lovely lady from the spa side of the resort enthusiastically helped me find my way. I needed to get a late check out and the staff present in the reception at the time made that quick and very easy. I was a disorganised mess, if im being honest, and the staff were nothing but helpful kind and reassuring. My partner and i went for a swim in the heated pool and enjoyed the sauna thoroughly! As well as the lakeside walk in the evening. Even when it was raining, the scenery was so beautiful. Everything about this place from start to finish was so relaxing

The staff were so accommodating. We hosted a Bachollette Party at the resort. They allowed us such flexibility to set up the restuarant . Food was delicious . The rooms very comfortable..suit has stunning views . Lovely lake walk , warm pool perfect for kids as its shallow next to spa pool and sauna . Cold pool has stunning views. Accommodation had everything we needed. And it's very affordable. We are booking to come back in a few months. Cant wait !

The Sauna wasn't working, however the manager was very efficient with trying to get it to work , so customers service was outstanding that I didn't mind the sauna not working. The Salad we brought had very gee scallops and no orange.. but the other 7 meals turned out perfect and yummy. Wish we booked two nights not just one.

It was clean and neat as can be! Very comfy and a nice design. Wonderful kind staff that go out of their way to make sure you are helped and content! Right near the pretty Lake and it had beautiful evening sunsets and pretty morning colors! Options of Breakfast in their beautiful dining area! They allowed us to check in a bit early which was such a blessing to us as we were weary from our long drive!

That we couldn’t stay there longer and that the spa there wasn’t open on the day we were there but they DID have the jacuzzi and sauna available so that was a blessing, as well as their attractive pool!

A nice place to rest in Rarotonga, not so much for a SPA or other experiences. The room was relatively comfortable as was the bed. The bathroom had a massage tub, however it did not look very clean and we never used it. It is well situated next to the lake shore, suitable for great walk-arounds.

The SPA experience feels like just on paper. There are a couple of massage tubs outside the Hotel and a small pool next to them. Not really useful, however there are great SPA and hot tubs in the town of Rarotonga. The restaurant was under repair and the nearest place to eat was 5 km away, so car was a must.

The setting was beautiful. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfy and the shower was great! We really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The main pool was chilly but refreshing and the thermal pool was bliss as was the jacuzzi.

Whilst we liked the bathroom, if you needed to use the facilities in the night, the light disturbed the other person due to the glazed door to the bathroom. Would have liked more floor space or better storage as we had quite a bit of luggage with us.

TV reception was extremely poor. In the middle of a movie program etc and begins loading ....sometimes for short on and off periods others very long where unable to resume movie? Maybe if the Management made an effort for tvs to not run off one WiFi connection nil probs will occur....definitely something needs altering ASAP? Grounds especially pool area could do with a gardener regularly and interesting nice plants....weeds everywhere? Hair dryer In room very old ....needs replacing.

Room was very clean, looked recently refurbished. Shower pressure and temperature was great. Had dinner at Mokoia Restaurant - hands down the best meal I’ve had in ages. The two members of staff I had interactions with were very welcoming and polite. They are clearly short staffed and hold multiple roles, but they worked hard to make sure this did not affect their guests.

Loved the fact that there was a range of streaming services including TVNZ, Netflix, etc available, but the WiFi dropped out a fair bit which made watching a movie difficult. I didn’t use the spa facilities/pool either so can’t comment.
