Great hosts. Allowed me to check in early & supplied extra toiletries upon my request. Very helpful with all my enquiries. Very friendly. Comfortable beds, including the pillows. Sky TV. Spa bath. Had use of outdoor pool & sauna spa which we utilised on our stay. Close to Bethlehem Town Centre for any extra supplies or family shopping. Only one thing I did not like and that was low pressure showers, but everything else on our stay made up for that. Would still give a 10/10. Will definitely stay next time we visit.

Great stay, we travelled from Rotorua for a wedding in Whakamārama, we were picked up via bus from right outside the motel. The accommodation surpassed my expectations, lovely and clean, smelled amazing, clean white bedding, sheets, pillows and towels nice and modern room and kitchenette, comfy beds, clean display pillows and bed runner, nice shower and pressure, clean bathrooms etc. Heater, Air Con worked great and great TV options. Clean and lovely pool and reception area. Lovely reception and cleaning staff who went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be recommending and would stay again.

Nothing, it was all great, price was a little steep for a one bedroom unit but would stay again.

We actually stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. After the 2nd night we were meant to check out but a storm had rolled in so I booked for 1 more night. Reception were so awesome and gracious and kept us in the same room instead of moving us which for our family, was a huge relief. We've stayed at so many accomodations across the North Island and Bethlehem Motor Inn is one of our Top 2. Highly recommend this accomodation 10/10

There wasn't anything to not like.

Aroha at reception was awesome. So happy,polite and respectful. Our room was spotless and beautiful however due to the heat the bedroom could have done with a fan or aircon and there are a few signs of wear and tear that need to be taken care of but apart from that the area was beautiful and quiet and extremely close to where we needed to be. We will definitely be looking at staying here again. 😊

We stayed during summer so it was really hot even at night although there is air con in the lounge there is nothing in the room and got really hot in there. We couldn't leave the door or window open because there were mosquitoes. A fan in the room would of been nice but this did not deter us from wanting to stay again. 😊

the family room was perfect for us with all the facilities we needed and more. the special touch with eletri blankets, extra tea and coffee and large bathroom were amazing and the kids had a ball in the pool amd spa equipped with outdoor toilet amd sports facilities too.across the road is a community garden and great coffee truck too..bonus it's close to everything in tauranga. very clean and great decor and sky tv.

I didn't like that we had to come home haha

2x 2 bedroom units - Comfy bed (especially the pull out sofa), clean room, lots of small (but welcomed) additions i haven't seen in other accommodations (salt and pepper, separate heaters in the rooms, ample toiletries, extra towels, ample extra bedding, huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. My family and i had a wonderful stay here. Would definitely stay again, next time we are in the area. Lovely service too.

We only stayed 1 night

Lovely room, very clean, good facilities. The laundry room was an added bonus, just $2 per load use the honest box in the laundry. It was warm and sunny outside so I was able to dry my washing outside on the line provided at the back of the building. A dryer was available for a further $2. I made use of the swimming pool, it was a little cold, but it was a sunny day and afterwards a dip in the hot tub was wonderful. Situated close to nearby shops and the city was about a 15 minute drive as long as you don’t get stuck in traffic, which built up at obvious times around 2:3pm when children are beginning to come home from school and again at 4:30ish pm when people were driving home from work. Lovely staff on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived the key fob that is inserted to get the electricity supply was broken and the lady in charge, sorry I didn’t get her name, went out of her way and beyond her working day to sort a temporary fix out. She apologised profusely for the temporary fix, to us it was not an issue at all. She then booked the election to come out the following day to fit a new device. This lovely lady then came to check that everything had been done properly. What a star, thank you so much.

When cooking food there is no extractor fan to take the smell of cooked food away. I turned on the heat pump to try to shift it, which did help. Overall the cooking facility was a lot better as it had a 2 hob electric plate.

Convenience to the shopping centre down the road. Play ground facilities, pool and spa and tennis court lots of fun for our whanau. Good parking spaces and good kitchenettes. Good layouts of our rooms.

Having to knock on the door to be let in to the room as only one key available to unlock the door from the outside. Showers are very loud can be heard throughout the whole room when someone is showering.

The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The plastic towel rail in the bathroom was broken and cellotaped instead of replaced. My elderly mum found it difficult to get off the loo because it was quite low. She used the towel rail to help get up but, because it was broken, it was not very helpful. It would be good if this was replaced with a steel one.

Room was clean, Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, it was well equipped. Location was fantastic, lots of shops and food places close by.

There were 4 of us in Room 6, two people had to sit on the chairs which weren't as comfy as the couch. Also, my husband twice locked himself in the bathroom, door handle was quite fiddly.
