WE WERE BOOKED INTO AN UPPER ROOM BUT WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WAS NO LIFT TO THE UPPER FLOORS SO THE LADY ASKED US IF WE WOULD LIKE A GROUND FLOOR ROOM WHICH WE SAID YES. THAT WAS VERY DECENT OF HER AS MY WIFE HAD JUST HURT HER LEG AT A SHOPPING MAUL. WE HAD PARKING RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM. IT WAS A LOVELY VERY LARGE ROOM WHICH INCLUDED A LOT OF THINGS OTHER MOTELS DIDNT.

The location is perfect, easy to find when we arrived in Timaru, and there was still a person to help us check in when arrived at night. The unit was cosy with sufficient space for 5 adults.

One of the single bed had a mattress that slanted on one side, making it a little uncomfortable to sleep centre, but the pillows and sheets were good and clean.

Very clean and spacious room. Handy to town, across road to Caroline Bay. We were very pleased with the service you provided us 😀 we wouldn't choose another motel. Highly recommend 👌

I didn't mind it but if you don't like been next to a main highway then you may need to find another room.

The accomadation was very good, but the bed mattress was too soft and made for uncomfortable sleep. athe motel is conveiently situated just off main road and within easy walking distance of Caroline Bay and there are lots of resturants and baars within 10-15 minutes walking. There was very little noise from road, rooms double glazed.

We were only there for one night, the two motels side by side are operated by the same company. We ended up being booked into the other one. It was a good overnight stop, Clean and had everything you would expect. Reception lady was helpful when my booking didn't come up at this property.

They are on the main road so it was noisy when out the front but no noise once inside.

Nice large clean rooms very impressed. Good shower Nice to have 2 couches so didn’t have to both quash up on one.

Beds were very soft and felt all movement from other person, we were lucky enough to have a single bed as well, which we used. Would be nice to see a frying pan as only 2 pots. Also would have been nice to have a box of tissues in unit

The toiletries and washing up liquid were all top notch. Room was super clean. Lady who ran it was very friendly and helpful. Good location. Felt very secure. Easy and plentiful parking. Pet-friendly which is why we stayed there.

It was a little expensive but it was just after New Year, so holiday costs I guess!

It was a very nice unit, comfortable and clean. I would stay again but request a room on a lower floor.

With it being on the main road there was noticeable road noise. I was accommodated on the top floor, which was quite a climb for a senior person, especially transferring luggage to and from the unit, otherwise, I couldn't fault it.

Lovely soft towels. Very clean room. Would have been nice to have been up one more level to have the sea views, although did see a wee peak of the sea.

Not sure about the door opening onto a flight of stairs, a bit of a surprise. The low volume on the TV was too high and couldn't change it. The shower had a soft spray, although it was adequate, more of a preference pressure wise. The lighting was a bit dim especially over the kitchen area, when making a cuppa. Small things, not major.

Hosts were helpful with communications prior to stay. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Bedding arrangement was suited to our family of 2 adults and 3 kids - no sofa or fold out beds! Spaceous rooms. Despite being on main road the room was quiet.
