Brown’s had an amazing location in the centre of Lisbon. Really close to a metro and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The location was the main reason we chose it. The decor was so luxurious throughout the hotel and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area. The rooms were lovely and had amazing facilities such as speakers and fridge and the bathroom was excellent. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the welcome drink on arrival.

Perhaps a little expensive for quite a small room but overall we loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Loved to be upgraded, such an amazing touch and sign of true luxury hospitality. The hotel team is amazing and very pleasant to interact with. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and inspiring. Loved every minute in the place and will start planning return. Thank you for making our romantic getaway exceptionally pleasant.

Breakfast options were okay but not enough choice + no fresh veggie salad

To start with saying thanks to the lovely crew of the Browns Avenue hotel is an understatement, they deserve gratitude in a different way . Taking the extra mile is very normal with them to make ur stay memorable . The location is amazing. The staff are 7 ⭐️ . The room is just wow 🤩.

The hotel deal with a tour guide company called WebenTours run by Mr. Joel , simply and to make it very short DON’T deal with them . The company basically they don’t care about anything other than money regardless of the quality of the service provided. The hotel had nothing to do with the incident we had, in fact they went out of their way to speak to the company to resolve the matter.

From the moment we walked into Browns Avenue Hotel, we were impressed. We immediately felt at home with a warm welcome and offers to help us make the most of our stay. The entire facility is clean, safe, quiet, and pampering. We thoroughly appreciated all of the effort to make our visit to Lisbon especially memorable.

Our only complaint is the construction next door to the hotel made it extremely difficult to find. We arrived by metro and walked about 3x as far as necessary with our luggage since we passed the entrance twice before realizing exactly where it was. An e-mail from the hotel advising us of the construction and best access to the hotel would have been a pleasant bonus.

I absolutely loved my stay at brown’s avenue hotel!! I truly did not want to leave, I even extended my stay while I was there. The staff were amazing, the rooms were so comfortable, I loved the library which was so great to have when I needed to do some work, and the rooftop pool was such a nice vibe. The location was perfect I walked everywhere I did not need to get a taxi at all over my 4 nights staying there, and I still managed to explore the whole city. I couldn’t recommend this hotel higher I can’t wait to go back!!! The attention to detail throughout the hotel is faultless.

Fantastic attitude from the hotel reception, loved the complementary wine and water in the room! Also had a beautiful romantic setting in our room arranged for our honeymoon. Breakfast selection was small, but very delicious: the pasteis de nata were one of the best we have had in Portugal!

One morning the cleaning staff came a bit early while we were at breakfast, so after that we had to wait about 20 minutes for her to finish her work (maybe we should have put "Do not disturb" on the door, but we didn't expect room service to come this early).

A great location and a fabulous hotel. Beautiful breakfast each day - cooked to order. Staff were incredibly attentive at each breakfast, remembering how we liked our coffee and ensuring we were attended to promptly. They are a credit to the hotel. A wonderful honesty scheme in the library and roof top pool was a lovely touch. The library was a lovely relaxing area and the roof top pool, while small, was a little oasis - we were fortunate that the weather was great and we were able to lie and watch the sunset. It was my husbands birthday while we stayed and a bottle of fizz on ice was a lovely way for him to start his special day - thank you for that. Housekeeping was wonderful - our room was spotless each day. Room was well equipped to ensure all needs taken care of - great coffee, a complimentary bottle of wine a nice touch. We loved Lisbon and will return for sure

Our room was on the small size and we were expecting slightly bigger given the rates. Bathrobes would have been a nice touch too - usual expectation from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was very clean and really nice designed. I really enjoyed having a bathtub in the room, and also the fact that we received drinking water (every day) and a bottle of wine from the house. Also, I liked that the room was cleaned every single day, and it was nice to see that every costmetic product (soap, shower gel etc) where from Protugal! Also, the hotel is placed in a really nice area!

There is only one thing I didn't like, the room temperature. There was a ventilation system that was supposed to heat up the room, but even on 30 Celsius degrees, you could feel some really cold airflows. It might be my fault, and maybe I didn't used it properly, but compared with the temperature I have at home, I think the room temparature hardly passed 20/21 degrees.

Sophisticated yet unpretentious. A quiet, stylish, modern hotel with such consideration to its spaces. Beautifully sized rooms with every small luxury The service was warm, friendly and always helpful. I loved the library on the lower floor and the book selection in my room. Coffee and reading became my daily ritual. Rooftop pool just perfect. Proximity to Honest Greens, Rubro and Sexy Meat meant great food choices at the front door. It’s the hotel I would always run to, to regenerate, reset snd reignite my spirit.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. When we checked in, we unexpectedly got a free upgrade to a higher room category. The front desk was super helpful whether it was arranging an excursion, buying tickets to an attraction, or fixing a computer problem. The best thing was the breakfast, a wonderfully large selection of fantastic fruits made the start of the day just perfect.

There was really nothing we did not like. We are rather demanding guests and this hotel and its super friendly crew made out stay simply perfect.
