Checking in was easy with friendly staff. Room was large, clean and nice sized bed and bathroom. Cable TV in the room with many channels and nice AC system. Breakfast was amazing with a nice array of good quality food, set up from 8am each day. Onsite parking was available which was safe and convenient. Good, but busy location with some restaurants around the area, as well as Metro station. Walking distance to Porto city center about 2.5km, but it was a nice walk and many things to see along the way.

Parking was a bit difficult to get to, with very small drive way next to the property and limited parking space. Be careful of your vehicles side mirrors and make sure to book in advance. That said it was a good parking location overall and our vehicle was safe, being off the street.

Location was convenient, about 30min walking from the city centre, and 8 minutes away from public transport, very close to self-service laundry places, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can use the fridge and the microwave. Room is serviced daily. Staff is friendly and there is always someone around. They only speak portuguese but do every effort to make you have a hassle-free experience.

Parking entrance was so tight I had to close the mirrors to go through and needed assistance from a person guiding from the outside. Breakfast only had fruit as healthy option, everything else was bread, cereal, ham, cheese, jam, butter, cow milk, etc.

Very good hotel for this money. Clean, comfortable with good location. We stayed in big room with terrace and cool view. Breakfast was fine, some snacks, coffee/tea/juice — ok for breakfast. Location very well, 5 min from yellow metro line.

Staff partially speaks English :) But we don’t had problems with communication.

This was the second place I stayed there. The place is very clean, it has a parking place and it is a few minutes away from the metro station. I forgot my ebook reader inside the room and they shipped back to me. They are super friendly people and very helpful.

Everything was perfect, I was there for the second time already and I felt nice both of the times. The only thing that I found a bit difficult is the entrance for the parking place, because it is a bit tight and you should be careful when you go in or out with your car.

Stayed here twice, had a pleasant stay each time. Extremely helpful, friendly and flexible staff - understood and solved all of our requests even without spoken English (early breakfast, luggage storage). Breakfast is also excellent and sufficient. Thank you for everything!

For the first time, we were placed in the basement which was a bit dry (and mouldy) and lacked ventillation. The hostel is located on a main road which might be a bit noisy for bad sleepers. Tip: Try and ask for a room upstairs. Otherwise perfect choice for a couple of days in Porto!

Hotel is austere, but has everything necessary for a place to sleep, shower and breakfast. The room was pristine and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was more than adequate.

The "family room" could have used a bigger trash can and somewhere to put your things. We just had to dump everything on the one chair provided, so much of it ended up on the floor.

A nice clean room and a friendly staff.

They offered a room in the basement first. However, when we refused to take it, they gave us another one which was really good. Quite a narrow passage for a car, but we managed to get through it.

Great value hotel in the outskirts of Porto city centre. Ideal for our stay as we enjoy walking. Lovely staff very kind to assist and make our stay most pleasant. Clean and functional rooms and delicious continental breakfast provided each day. Would happily recommend a stay!

It checked all our needs: free parking, good location to walk everywhere, AC, private bathroom and a nice free breakfast. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Great value for money.
