Everything was great. We had the king suite and it was really nice. My husband and I when down to the lounge on a Friday night around 10pm, we notice that there was only one person working the bar and serving others in the lounge so we sat close enough for her to notice us and the service was still exceptional. Our bill was a good value if you ask me, my husband and I ordered tots, wings, three beers, and three double of Moscow mule total was about 65$ usd, we spent more for way less at other hotel bars. Staff was really helpful and the free shuttle back and forth was super helpful. The hotel is about 10 mins from the center center so not too bad. I would come back to this hotel when we book another trip to Toronto 👍

The only thing is when they tidy up the room for us I notice the towels they had replaced, two towels was a bit stained, maybe they still used the towels we semi used ? I'm not sure why but it's didn't bothered me much but we didn't use it.

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms, gym and pool were very clean. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. It was convenient to have a Denny's restaurant and room service was fast. It was nice to have air conditioning in the room and it worked really well and kept the room cool.

The slide in the pool area was shut down and has been for a while now. It would be nice to be able to use it. The ice machines were also empty on many floors, I had to go to 9 different floors to find a working one. I had booked a room for 5 people and they had only left towels and toileterie for 3. The sliding wall in the room was broken, we couldn't seperate the couch area from the bed area.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several restaurant options close by, which is very good for those who do not have a rental car and do not want to spend a taxi if they want to go out and eat something. The distance to the airport is also not very big which helps a lot in the displacement. Staff quite kind and helpful. Our experience was very good.

We found the room a little tight, but it didn't compromise our comfort as we only stayed for one night. The mattresses are not very firm, which I don't like. As our flight left very early, I couldn't enjoy the breakfast, so I can't rate this item. The showers were ok.

they upgraded us which was a beautiful room. we called down at 11pm as there was no converter for the bedroom tv. we were told there was nothing they could do and would let the front desk know we had no tv and they would adjust our bill. iron was missing-had to call for that too. when we checked out there wasn’t a mention of no tv and when I told them what happened they just said sorry

they could have done more about no tv and clearly compensated us a few dollars for no tv. we were out of Canada for a month and just wanted to watch some of our countries news

I usually book Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel while traveling overseas with the kids through Pearson Airport. The hotel is very close to the airport and has several on-premises and nearby amenities for someone staying with kids for 2 or 3 nights. The staff are exceptional, and regardless of which one is on duty, we get the same outstanding services. Even when there was a minor issue with the bathtub in our room, they immediately moved us to another room.

A family friendly hotel. They have the pool with a slide for kids. 24hr Dennys which was a plus (additional cost). Rooms were spacious and customer service was great.

The room didn’t seem like it was clean. It had stains on the carpet, soap residue on the soap holder, hair on the ceiling in the shower. You can also see chips on furniture, the mirror was damaged. I would expect a better price for the quality of the room.

The location for the value is hard to beat, by way of hotels near the Toronto Airport. We've used the Sandman numerous times now on stopovers en route and coming home from destinations.

The shuttle we wanted to take to the airport was full, which was unfortunate considering it runs only every 40 minutes. I get that there is limited space but offering an affordable alternative when the shuttle is full would have been fantastic. Also, we couldn't get the temperature of the room down and we were way too warm. Otherwise, everything was great.

Easy check in, express checkout. Free parking on site. 24 hrs Denny's on site with room service option. The accomodation for 2 adults and 2 kids under 6 yrs felt really comfortable with the layout of the room, very spacious, 2 televisions, one in the bedroom, one in the living area, sofa bed with extra pillows blankets were provided. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker provided. Great value for money. We would stay there again.

I booked this hotel at 8pm on the night I needed the accommodation. My family of 6 had a horrible experience at an Airbnb and needed to get new accommodations straight away! Luckily there was a room with 2 queens and 1 sofa bed available for $300. This is a really impressive value! The kids had room to sprawl out and 2 tvs! 1 to be shared between the 2 beds and the other was with the sofa bed through a sliding glass door. My teen boys were able to kick back and watch tv while the little ones settled in for the night in the main area where the beds were. I will absolutely be booking here again when we need to travel. The suite included a kitchenette as well which was really helpful. The queen beds were really comfy too!

the sofa bed wasn't comfortable and the blanket was a thin one. An added duvet would've been better but I didn't think to ask reception either. I booked for 6 people but we only had 4 bath towels. Again, I didn't ask for more so I'm positive they could have brought some up.

Spacious suite and prompt airport shuttle. The kitchenette was well-stocked with cooking and eating tools. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating too. We also enjoyed the 12pm check-out and the lobby was comfortable to lounge in while we waited to check-in.

Bed was slightly sunken in on one side, but not a huge problem. Regular room cleanings have to be requested, but since we were just there one night, it wasn't needed. Overall, no major issues or concerns.
