We have stayed here many times with our dogs. And have ate at the restaurant inside the hotel. It’s always been such a great place to stay.

The second night we took our dogs to the restaurant inside the hotel and the hostess greeted us rudely. Once we started eating she came over to our table and let us know we weren’t allowed to feed our dogs at the table. This comment came out of no where because no one in our group were feeding the dogs. The table next to us however had a small dog ON TOP OF THE TABLE but nothing was said to them.. our group did not want to eat there again for the remainder of our stay.

I liked having a ground floor room with my vehicle easily visible from the window. It was nice having a restaurant on site rather than having to order out. The food was delicious The view was absolutely beautiful!

The sign was very hard to see from the road and I drove by it. Once I drove in the opposite direction, it was easily visible but still a bit confusing to find. It was nice having a restaurant on site, however, after having driven approximately 9 hours, my exhausted daughter and I would have preferred to just have the food delivered to the room rather than have to leave it to pick it up our meal at the hostess station.

Location; restaurant and bar on sight; lounge and patio; and especially friendly, competent STAFF!

Satellite TV selections is marginal at best: Sports channels are woefully deficient(i.e. No GOLF, FOX1, MLB). The GUIDE is next to USELESS! Compared to your typical competitors, A 2 out of 5. Hot breakfast lacks variety for visitors staying several days. Rooms need to include a microwave!

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower got up to temperature quickly and is beautiful! Breakfast in the morning was great! Check in and check out process were very easy thanks to the amazing staff that helped :) 10/10 would stay here again!

The only thing i would have liked is a little label or something on the mini fridge in the room, i felt a tad smooth brained when i found out it was behind a cabinet door!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was easy to locate off I40, beautifully decorated for fall, rooms were clean, comfortable and very functional. There was even a rubber bath mat to prevent slipping; we have stayed in a dozen accessible hotel rooms, and not one had this simple mat provided. On site Restaurant meals (breakfast was included) were unique and delicious. We enjoyed the complimentary beverage station in the lobby and utilized the compact laundry facility centrally located. Outdoor fire pit was a nice option that we enjoyed as well. From this location, it was a 56 minute drive up to Grand Canyon South rim entrance; very easy trip.

The staff was kind and helpful, the accommodation was comfortable. The shops on the small stretch of road 66 were interesting, we ate very delicious and plentiful! The swimming pool at the accommodation is adequate, but the water was a bit cold.

At breakfast, we would have liked to eat a piece of meat (bacon or sausage), cheese, or perhaps vegetables. Regardless, what we got was delicious. There were no other negatives!

room was nice, two queen beds, ... I would say that the mattresses were around a 7.5 -8 in terms of their comfy level... typical stale air in the hotel room, even though we had the AC running non-stop and the air reciprocating with it.

Don't make the same mistake I did: I accidentally left my Sony earbuds ($300.00) on the night stand - I called the hotel approximately 2hrs after my family and I checked out only to be told that there were no earbuds in the room. Note: the room had not yet been 'rented' out again prior to my initial call; I was told by the girl I spoke to that they sent a manager up to the room to look for my item but they didn't end up finding anything - "sure Jan..." Here's the deal, the EarPods were most certainly left behind... this was my mistake, I own it 100%; I'm just miffed that the maids weren't honest about what they found; they failed to return my EarPods to the hotel's lost and found... it's a hard pill to swallow, live and learn...

The location. The price. The amenities. On site restaurant and lounge. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Once you arrive you really don’t need to go out. Everything you need under one roof. There is even a laundry for guest to use. The lodge like feel gives it a warm atmosphere.

Wife and I have been coming up to Williams for several years and didn't realize this place existed. Location was excellent, set back from the road and nestled in the woods. They truly are pet friendly, as they have rooms reserved for dogs and they do not charge you for having you furry friend with you. The staff is friendly, facility's are clean and very well maintained. The Western Steakhouse has excellent food. The Kachina Lounge was a comfy place to set awhile and have the same foods as the Steakhouse.
