it was too much money for the tiny room we got and very uncomfortable beds. always the free breakfast was decent but wasn’t kept stocked

This location was a perfect stop for our family as we traveled from Maine to Long Island, then back to Maine. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of 5, and we particularly enjoyed the room's pull out couch area to accommodate our larger group. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel setting. All of the staff was friendly and the room, lobby, kitchen and grounds were all well kept, clean and nicely decorated. The location is easy to find for travelers. We have already made a reservation to be back! Thanks for a great experience.

Convenient location to shopping and sights. Comfort of room(s). Privacy & quietness. Also serene view overlooking body of water was a nice plus

Missed having microwave in room. Since there was still chill in air, would have been nice if 2 gas fireplaces, in lobby & bar/dining areas, were lit for ambience. Unfortunately, in Breakfast Room just before checkout, my wife spotted short, dark hair floating in cereal bowl. Both of us have white hair. She lost her appetite & didn't want anything else. She took photo of the bowl, if that would be helpful for Comfort Inn's review if you wish photo in an email. Prefers not to post it below

The hotel was very conveniently located to attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the small sitting room as we had friends over for drinks before going out that night. The bed was comfortable, linens clean and fresh. Bathroom was average, our shower did have a crack, which did not affect the shower, but made it a bit less of a luxurious/spa feel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was poor to average. Offerings were limited at the last half hour of the breakfast time when we arrived. The waffle maker was very, very slow and in the end I could only get enough for a half of a waffle.

Great location close to everything. Kids love the pools.

We have been staying here for the last few years when we come to visit family and the hot tub has not worked any of the times but has water in it. Been told they were waiting for a part. But I don't think it takes a couple years for a part to come in. Wish they had longer breakfast hours as when we were there even during the week the kids like to sleep in. Felt a bit rushed out of the breakfast area.

My elderly father was in a room and the heat wasn't working. The lady from the front desk could not correct the problem and so she moved his room. She was completely pleasant and helpful, as well as understanding. The room temperature was fine, but my father is always cold and wanted it very warm. Another thing is my father left his watch and the front desk lady the next day, found it and had it in the mail that morning!

The bar was closed and it would have been nice to have that open, but we didn't even know there was a bar when we booked! So no problem at all.

Everything was clean and attractive, I don't usually do Hotels, I was glad things looked fresh and clean and not run down. Nice size breakfast area, staff freindly

Had a problem at check in stating they could not find us even with pin number and confirmation, thought for a while we did not have a room, they had my name reversed in system, but staff was very friendly and after a few trys they figured it out!

We were greeted immediately at the reception desk. The large urn of icy lemon water was a welcome touch. The large parking lot was easy and convenient. The room was bright, large, well appointed and except for hair in the rusty tub drain very clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The sheets and towels were clean and ample. The soap bars were tiny but at least there were two of them. The breakfast was fantastic. I didn't expect it to be so varied, fresh, hot and well presented. The staff was cheerful and worked hard to keep the area clean and well supplied. Great coffee choices.

Not much at all. No complaints whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again.

Loved that there were 2 pools. One indoor and one outdoor. My daughter loved the iced lemon water in the lobby that was available at all times. The staff were friendly and nice. The location right off the highway was also great and having a gas station and Cracker Barrel in walking distance was fantastic!

I didn't have any dislikes. I will definitely be staying here again.

rooms were clean. and backing up to door was easy to pack and unpack.

people smoking weed and cigarettes outside our rooms. I hate the smell of both. mother inlaw was using oxygen nearby, too. I didn't confront them. we just walked by as they sat outside our door. Smoking. air conditioning made weird annoying noise in one of the 3 rooms I reserved.
