The free shuttle bus transport from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast option is few but the person preparing the food is very nice. The people from the hotel are so super nice and very helpful.

It's so far away from the city; but then again, it depends on your reason on booking the hotel. If you're staying for a very short while, then the location should be fine. Also, you have to advice the reception if you want your room to be cleaned, if not then they won't clean it for you.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean, beds were really comfortable. Location was great, airplane noise was not an issue. Price was great. I would stay there again.

We were arriving at Rochester airport late at night and needed a place convenient to the airport for an overnight stay. The Best Western was close and they sent a shuttle to pick us up so it was great that we didn't have to deal with getting a taxi at that late hour. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the room and main areas were very clean. There isn't anything else around there as far as places to eat but for a clean convenient placde to stay for one night it met our expectations.

elevator old and takes time to go up or down just 1 floor, breakfast choices are rather limited; some areas of the building (inside and out) are better looked after than others, it seems like an old hotel, which was partially refurbished

very practical location (plane arrive at almost midnight), so just a short walk to the hotel (there was a free shuttle and came to pick me up, I found that awesome after so many hours of intercontinental flight), 24-hour reception, clean and comfortable room, staff nice, everything ok for a 1 night stay

I had some trouble paying upon arrival, as their POS did not want to accept payment at first (I tried 3 times), but eventually it worked. Also, the next day at breakfast, due to Covid-19 I had to take the breakfast in my room, despite their being enough place there as well as the fact that there were no other people there. I understand the Covid-19 restrictions, but still it's not very convenient to take your food up to your room.

Early shuttle available (though I wasn’t happy that we had to wait for a couple that were told that we were leaving promptly at 4:00 am and the front desk had to call them to get them down there (arriving almost 10 minutes late).

The sheer curtain in the room looked as though a cat had shredded it. There was ONE luggage cart available in the lobby. The rooms definitely need an update.

The hotel was located very close to the airport and had a free shuttle service from the terminal. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Overall, a very pleasant experience after a long travel!

Some of the facilities were a little run down. The airport shuttle could use some new seats. Also, the room could have been a little cleaner as I found a bottle cap on the floor when we checked in. The breakfast selection was a bit small and you can't eat downstairs (written during the pandemic).

We only needed a place to stay for one night. This place was convenient to RIT And the airport. There is some noise from the planes but we didn’t notice it until the early morning. We didn’t eat breakfast there as we were on a tight schedule. If You need a clean, safe place to sleep this is it.
