I'm familiar with this particular Comfort Suites and this is a repeated stay. The location is close to the intersection of OR hwy 22 and hwy I-5 with I-5 on and off ramps going north and south and is easy to find. An affordable, clean & quiet room with a comfortable bed, TV, microwave oven, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, free password wi-fi, an ironing board, a hot & cold self-serve breakfast, adequate parking, plus a nearby post office, airport, numerous restaurants and retail stores are my major reasons for coming back to this hotel.

I would like the self-serve breakfast to include some milk and dry cereal choices.

Pool was the best part and the hot tub! We also liked that it was off the highway but in a safe area and close to most stores/ food places if we needed to go.

There was a red stain on the carpet that was really noticeable. The heater a/c was would get loud when I had it on at times and with trying to get sleep that was very annoying. Arriving there I was given a room with one king bed instead of two queen beds with 3 kids being in the car for 6 hours they just were ready to relax and having to deal with this was also frustrating. The man there did fix the issue but he did mention that WE had booked 1 king bed NOT the 2queen beds and to be careful while booking which was not the case I made sure everything we booked as we wanted, I also showed him my booking receipt to confirm with him that everything was good on my end. He said it might be the booking website, so I’m not sure what really happened there.

The room was great. I work nights as do workout after hours.

All of thee issues were in that fitness Center room. The treadmill was out of date & sync. After figuring out a moderate speed 30 complicated minutes. Thee AC behind treadmill was another complicated task to keep air flowing. & Lastly upon getting on the treadmill to adjust a descent speed, Thee lights in the fitness Center turned off or were shut off after being there only 30 or more minutes. I thought someone either deliberately turned them off & wanted Me out, Or there was a default switch without warning upon running on treadmill. This was kind of creepy or scary almost as if rude & abrupt. I'm being straightforward honest here. & would suggest a more welcoming up to date fitness Center as if People's lives do depend on it. Please~For Good Health..

Comfortable room, clean and neat. Stayed on 1st floor and wanted to close curtains, but they did not close all the way. Could see lights of cars on side street and in parking lot thru gauzy curtains and worried that people passing could see into room. Someone above me stomped and banged around until past midnight. Will ask for top floor next time. Could hear freeway noises, and talking in hallway, but not too loud.

Need to have curtains that close. Breakfast was adequate - missed nuts and granola for oatmeal and yogurt.

Jen was extremely helpful checking us in. our truck got broke into the first night we stayed. my boyfriend went and talked to the guy at the front desk the morning after and he was extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem to really care. he pulled up footage for a second and wasn’t really interested in helping. when we got back to the hotel yesterday afternoon and Jen was back there so my mother in law talked to her about the break in. Jen again, was extremely helpful with that. we absolutely appreciate everything she did for us. she actually took it serious, she sat there and spent her whole day when she had the free time going through security footage, when she found something she contacted us. she talked to the police for us. bed was comfortable. but Jen really made the stay for us. so huge huge shout out to Jen. thank you again for helping us with that and doing what you can.

Ronnie checked us in. He was pleasant, polite, and very accommodating. The first room we checked in room 100, it smelled like someones animal had gotten sick in there. We went back out to Ronnie and he immediately switched us to a new room which was clean and fresh. The duvet was just the right amount of warm and cool. The pillows were comfortable and fresh. The afternoon cookies were a nice touch. The hotel lobby offers lemon water, fresh apples, and a coffee station which is open all day.

I didn't go down to the breakfast in the morning, but my husband said it was fairly decent for hotel breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold foods.They were out of half and half, we had to use milk for creamer.

Hot breakfast from 6 - 10, lemon water in the lobby, free food like apples, drinks - tea, coffee, hot chocolate throughout the day, friendly staff who were accomodating when we wanted to stay an extra night, located very close to my parents* which was important for our holiday visit :) Near Lancaster (main rd leading to all the shopping and food places). Kiddo enjoyed the swimming pool, husband hung out in the hot tub and I was in the fitness center - all these extras are open till 12am!!!!!!!

The room was excellent; the staff was excellent; the breakfast was excellent and healthy. The pool and hot tub were great. The fitness room was good.

The only problem was that the air conditioning unit in the fitness center didn't work all the time. It was extremely hot and humid on the day I was there and it didn't work. The other time I used the fitness center it worked fine.

Jen, the receptionist was very friendly. She was usually at the front desk alone, but she treated everyone with such patience and grace. The breakfast was a good.

There was an odd gap around the frame of the door. When we turned out the light for bed we could see the light shine through, all around the door frame. As if it the door was not the correct size, or it needed caulking.

We were there for a week and the food was good but not much verity

I was there for a triathlon as were a number of other guests. In other places were I have stayed they made the breakfast facilities available very early. There was good coffee available but nothing inside the eating area that would have been nice. I noticed that your neighbor had a "Welcome Triathletes" sign in front. I do not know for sure but I bet they had early morning breakfast facilities available.
