The Hotel was fine, a little too COLD for my liking. The restaurant served Good Food, but even at todays inflation prices was out of reason. Everybody was talking about itI paid over twenty dollars for ham,eggs, Potatoes and coffee It was Good, but way too expensive for what I got, I could have purchased a dozen eggs, a half pound of HAM, a truck load of potatoes, and a gallon of coffee easily for $20.00. about half that price would have been more in line especially as a guest paying over $150.00 a night just to sleep there and oh, YES the TV was good but the satellite channels SUCKED, not even a local station for news or weather or regular shows, but now had I wanted to watch college baseball, college soft ball, USA football, golf, It would have been perfect. but not much of anything worth watching all week, No Major Sporting events, like the Indy 500, the Charlotte World 600, two of the biggest car races in this country and not available on the cheapest of all TV Cable, or satellite systems on this planet USELESS !!! All Staff were Great except for housekeeping, I was shorted a towle from the first minute and ask a housekeeper on the 6th floor for a replacement and was to told NO????? But the desk staff they were excellent. the Dining room and bar staff was also excellent.Hotel Clean and Comfortable Bed all quite nice.

Satellite TV SUCKED BIG TIME, Restaurant way too expensive for the tiny portions received. But the biggest complaint was the Satellite TV, IT WAS the WORST I have ever had in my 75 years of life and a complete disgrace to the hotel.

We stayed here for a concert in Nashville. This hotel was in the middle of everything. It was 15 mins from downtown and 15 mins to Franklin Galleria. Nashville had extremely high winds, which caused the internet to go out. Because of this, check-in was a bit lengthy, but the ladies at the first desk did an amazing job getting everyone in swiftly. I'm an aesthetic person. The lobby and common spaces looked great, but some items in the room - specifically the bathroom - looked old, but nonetheless, it was a great stay for the weekend!

The bathroom needs an update. The doors look older and beat up; the tub is old-fashioned. I think a stand-up shower would be so beautiful, and also, the doors to the closet were messed up. I didn't like the ceilings in the room.

The room was big enough! The heat was actually vented and not the typical hotel large box like in most places. Our room was at the end of the hallway so our room was quiet.

Seemed like the air conditioning was on instead of the heat in the hallways! Room service wasn't the best and there's a additional charge for delivery service! Other than that the room was quiet, the beds were really soft.

close to airport, airport shuttle, breakfast for early travelers

well even though I had three conversations with staff, when I landed at the airport and called the hotel I was told that there wasn’t a shuttle because it was “Christmas hours “even though it is December 27. So I had to spend $30 on a taxi to get to the hotel, got to the hotel inquired about breakfast and breakfast doesn’t start until 7 AM. Which is kind of ludicrous for a hotel right next to the airport. If you’re not going to have the shuttle and you’re not gonna have breakfast just say so. Many people who are travelers book hotel specifically for that reason and those amenities. So here we are almost $100 later, two taxis and breakfast I had to get at the airport.

The hotel was very clean, and the room very spacious and comfortable to get some rest or to work on my laptop. I liked the location, close to Nashville Airport, but also close to Interstate 40. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Well, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. I suppose the area where the hotel is located, isn't really a walker-friendly area, but everything about the hotel itself was positive.

What we liked is they were able to come pick us up from the Hyatt place after a terrible experience with fire alarms going off all night there and the lobby flooding after a terrible leak on 5th floor.

Didn't like i had to pay extra 50.00 to check in early. When a room was already ready even though we haD booked a double bed we settled for a king.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating. our daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. rooms were clean and beds were comfy pillows weren’t great but hotel pillows never are. we stayed one night to catch a flight. Very convenient location to airport with free shuttle and right across from the parking spot. however we chose to take advantage of the hotel’s extended parking for much less. safe parking lot and no issues with leaving our truck.

Clean and pleasant; friendly and courteous staff; great, convenient restaurant, and fantastic airport shuttle!

Our non-smoking room had a faint cigarette smell -- noticed by my husband who is an ex-smoker! And there was a lot of noise like moving and banging in the hallway outside our room till about 10-11pm.

The breakfast that we ordered was very good, and the staff that served us was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can complain about was that we ran out of clean towels, and even if the policy is to clean each room on the third day of the visit it does not hurt to ask if the customers need any clean towels. Other than that everything was way beyond what I had expected.

The beds were comfy and the rooms were updated. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was great.

There were not enough towels in the room for everyone that was staying. The outside of the hotel needed updating. The shower would not drain properly.
