The room was spotless and well stocked with toiletries. Beds were comfortable and pillows were especially so. Check in was fast and our room was quiet despite the hotel being on a busy street. Parking was free. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants. My kids and husband took advantage of the pool and fitness center and enjoyed both. We really liked the Squatters Pub and Brewery for a family dinner with kids; great food at reasonable prices. The hotel was also convenient to the airport.

It was great to have breakfast included in the room; my family could get up and not stress about a meal before heading to the airport. However, the breakfast was so so. Lots of variety (eggs, sausage, English muffins, gravy, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels/toast, fruit (from a can or frozen?), waffle station) but the food was not exciting. Had I paid for the food I would have been bummed. Also, the room was really small for four people as well as our luggage (two standard suitcases, a carry on suitcase, and then our personal carry ons). The room is very efficiently designed but it was tight for the four of us. And for the price I guess I expected a bit more.

The staff was great, the room was clean and the breakfast is a great bonus! I enjoyed staying at the hotel and would use this hotel/chain again.

The price of this hotel was double the price per night of the host hotel for the convention I was attending. Hampton Inn was a 7-minute walk and offered fewer amenities than the host hotel. The host hotel and this Hampton Inn location are both four-star hotels within a 1/8 mile radius of each other. Therefore, there should not have been such a significant difference. I will not go through booking.com again to reserve a hotel due to the significant price difference. It was my understanding that booking.com helps you identify deals/discounted rates etc.

Everything except bathroom set up. Which was minor compared to how good everything else was

The bathroom design is flawed. The shower door swung out. Water dripped all over floor from the door when I opened it. The door bangs into the toilet. You have to step across the floor to get your towel off the sink when finished showering. There is no other place to put your towel. They need some place to hang your towel on the wall to the right of the shower.

The facility was fine, as was the staff and the breakfast was very good.

The location is convenient to the convention center but the area is flooded with drug abusers and threatening characters. I was concerned that my vehicle would be broken into. I did not feel comfortable walking with my family in the street The obvious confirmation of these observations is you all day locked door policy which is warranted. In several visits to SLC I have never observed any justified police activity. Very sad.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, I always have the best sleep in Hampton Inn hotels. There’s a 24/7 pool and sauna on property, the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Our AC was smelling like something was burning and in the beginning was the smell was very strong, I think it should either be cleaned somehow inside or replaced.

Everything was very clean, staff was really nice, A/C worked great! Really nothing to complain about! Stayed during a scortching hot sold out concert weekend.

Light roast coffee...a medium or dark option at least for breakfast would have been lovely.

Everything was great! The location was great! Down the street from the arena were we went to see the NBA game while our stay there. Didn’t have to drive. The arena was at walking distance and so was the planetarium among a lot of other beautiful sites. Thank you.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very easy to find and the facilities being open 24/7!

All was good until the morning we were leaving. The power was out and my Wife and Daughter couldn’t use the iron or hair dryer and had to shower in the dark. Maybe backup generators!!

Great location, easily accessible from airport and freeway and a short walk from the downtown area. Easy parking. Check-in was quick, and we were made to feel very welcome. Large room with very comfortable beds and great bathroom. Pretty good breakfast. Good WiFi.

The breakfast seating area wasn't large enough for the number of guests staying and was crowded.

One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.

The bed is hard, the ac doesn’t work as well as I would like & I wish there were king size pillows on the bed.
