This is a very comfortable airport hotel if you have an early or late flight to catch. The room is very quiet and you can totally darken it to get sleep even during the day. Very comfortable bed. Small kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and disposable plates, bowls and cutlery. (Great way to finish left-over food froma trip! :-) ) Many sockets and USB plugs at desk and at bed. They have a shuttle, but it is actually in walking distance - about a 15 - 20 minute walk. If you are taking the first 4:30 Shuttle, get there early because if fills up with passengers. If you have a few hours to see Geneva, you can either take the #10 bus across the street into the city (30 min) or go back to the airport and take the train (6 minutes!) You also receive a free transportation pass that you can download.

There was an unpleasant stench in the room - felt like something chemical to cover up a bad smell. After opening the window for half an hour it went away, but the room should have been aired out before we came so we could have left earlier to go into the city. The drain in the sink was clogged, slow to drain. Apparently someone did come in to fix it, but it was still clogged when we returned to the room.

The location is perfectly located for the airport. The beds are very comfortable (if you like a firm mattress) The bathrooms are spacious and the rooms are well equipped with fridge, water, microwave, kettle & fresh coffee maker. The restaurant staff Alix and Fabio do an excellent job under sometimes challenging circumstances, as do most of the Reception staff.

The restaurant menu and the level of staff in the bar and restaurant is inadequate for the volume of guests, compared to other hotels in the area and this results in long wait times on occasions. There is a bar and restaurant in the Suites - but this isn’t utilised. For regular guests, It would be good to see a variation in menu or some specials on offer from time to time. Otherwise nothing really negative to report

This hotel's proximity to the airport makes it an ideal choice for travelers like myself who require an overnight stay. Additionally, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to pick guests up from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent. The breakfast is satisfying, with the added bonus of being able to request eggs and pancakes from the kitchen. The staff members are also very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is situated in a restricted area for Uber, which means you can only avail taxi services. Although it may cause slight inconvenience at times, it is not a significant issue.

The proximity to Geneva airport & the excellent shuttle service, together with extremely comfortable guest suites with firm bed, good size bathrooms, work desk, blackout blinds & kitchenette, were the best aspects of this hotel. The staff are all very welcoming and offer great service.

Just that the restaurant menu could be improved to include additional menu choices e.g. Coq- au-vin, selection of tapas. At times, the restaurant and bar appear to be under-staffed for the volume of table covers, but the staff try their best to ensure everyone gets served in a timely manner

Conveniently near the airport, reception staff were great - friendly and helpful. Was super to get a complimentary public transport card and nice to have a free self-service laundry.

The balcony gardens need some attention. Great that they offer a free airport shuttle, but sometimes there are too many people waiting to board the shuttle and you get left behind regardless of when you arrived at the pick-up point - this could definitely be better managed. The shuttle driver was also pretty rude.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nash Suites Hotel. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. There was a coffee machine and a fridge which was very useful. Best of all there was air conditioning. It felt like a very luxurious break and I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Geneva.

There was an incident at check in with a disgruntled customer which held up our check in quite considerably. We didn't understand quite what was going on but felt it could have been dealt with more swiftly.

Shuttle from the airport: easily found with the name of the hotel written on it. Left on time (every 20 minutes) everything was perfect. Staff at the hotel: super nice, smiling, helpful Room: quite big, very clean, bed is comfortable and most importantly next to an airport: silent! you won’t hear the cars or planes (triple glazed windows). Express check out: just drop your access card and leave. location: perfect - we went by foot to the airport with a big luggage, took us less than 10 minutes.

Flight was at 6am, we needed to be there early so we wanted to take the shuttle around 4am. Impossible, too many people! I think the 3 Nash hôtels share the same one. We had to walk to the airport but it’s not very far (less than 10 minutes with a normal pace)

We stayed for one night to catch an early moring flight out of Geneve. The location worked for us since we were looking for something close to the airport. Location may not be suitable for a longer stay as it was away from the city center. We booked the family suite with two bathrooms and a sofa-bed in the sitting area. The room was clean and comfortable with complimentary coffee and water. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

They used some kind of an airfreshner in the room with a very unpleasant strong smell.

I was impressed by the quality / price ratio, it was remarkable. My plane was delayed due to strikes and I had to make a last minute hotel reservation near Geneva airport before taking the train the next morning to my final destination. This hotel was the cheapest option I could find near the airport, when comparing to Holiday Inn Express or Ibis Styles or others. However, the Nash Suites Hotel had been recently renovated and was no doubt as good or probably even better than many more expensive options. The reception staff was very nice. Also, there is a bar in the next building (Nash Hotel) that is open until 1 am that offers reasonably priced drinks and a nice service. What else can you ask for?

I honestly can't think of what could have been better...

New or recently renovated hotel with nice design and good amenities. Conveniently located by the airport for those with early morning flights or who have such a preference. Clean rooms, featuring Nespresso coffee machines.

We left skies and heavy luggage at the reception, after being told that there is 24/7 service that will make sure to bring them back to us with no delay early in the morning. Unfortunately, there was nobody at the front desk or anywhere else, and the number available to call in this situation did not answer. After waiting for about 20 minutes, we had to try and open a few doors before finding our stuff and getting it ourselves.
