The ambiance of the place is very cozy staff is very welcoming right from the entrance of the hotel and the security personnel make you feel safe... Wait I haven't mentioned the warm reception Ms. Allyza is very helpful, professional, and welcoming she is always smiling I felt at home she was so fast that I didn't spend much time checking in and out it helped me a lot since I was very tired and wanted to refresh and rest. The amenities are top-notch, and rooms are very clean and smell nice with comfortable beds, it was a memorable experience enjoying their services. I had a great stay... A very big shout to the Time Rako team Al Wakra I can't wait to visit again...

The staff was friendly and helpful especially Jerin while check in and Allyza while checkout, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were amazing. I enjoyed the rooftop pool, the gym, and the spa. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious dishes, and the restaurant had a great view of the city. The location was convenient, close souq definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Doha.

We dined at the hotel's restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel location was superb. The green decor is very appealing by the way 😊 We went to the Krossroads Club located on the rooftop and enjoyed some drinks and live band. The music and ambience was lovely. We loved the close proximity to shops for our dose of karak chai 😊 Also, we requested to check out an hour later and they gladly allowed us to. Thank you for the excellent service. We will be back. We would definitely highly recommend Time Rako to anyone.

The stay was amazing Mr.Asad the manager at the reception greeted me in the best way possible continuing with Mr.Mohsin and Mr.Jerin who had the perfect knowledge of dealing with customers amazing hospitality and would love to keep coming here in the end the staff was amazing and ive been to hotels where people do not look back at who served them but here it technically felt like home Thank you so much for the stay time rako will surely come back

Pricing meets expectations.Value for money and a good clean room with a stunning beautiful view of the sorrounding.The staff are friendly starting from the reception to the room service.I was impressed and looking forward for more experience at the facility.

When checking out it should be well planned so as to clear someone fast because of time since the room has to be checked and this takes some time.If this can be reviewed it will be good for busy and a bit impatient guests

This little establishment is a great value for money. Staff if helpful, friendly and always willing to support. Would like to highly appreciate Assaad Moussa (RDM), Ms. Jyoti & Ms. Allyza (front desk), Ms. Bandana (HK), Mr. Muhammad Ismail & Mr. Obad. A great team to cater for your needs. On the need for improvement, consider providing a bidet or muslim shower in the washroom. All in all a very good stay.

Its really nice and beautiful hotel .. it’s really 4star service.. staffs are good very helpful.. there have a restaurant so food also good . We enjoyed there as well .

Just they aren’t microwaving the food from outside.. they should microwave or they should provide a microwave inside the room.. it will b helpful for guests.

We liked everything in the hotel,, very fast check in, room was clean..very warm and welcoming staff especially Allysa who is very hospitable and approachable.Location was very good, close to souq which is one of my favorite places. Everything excellent.

A thermostat is difficult to operate, . Needs to call for a hair dryer which should always be there in the room and no need to call. The pillows having perfume smell.
