very spacious room with everything you needed, was clean and tidy,but in need of a little work on floor tiles. The breakfast was of good standard and good choice, in the cafe on ground floor. There is a nice sized bar which serves food, as well as the cafe. All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful and every where was spotlessly clean. The location was a bonus with a Mall a couple of hundred metres away, and walking distance to other hotel bars and restaurants, and was a few minutes walk to the beach front.

The roof top pool, although it is a good size, it was awkward to get past the loungers on one side of the pool and because it was a sunken pool the top of the building blocked the sun after a few hours, this was in November so may be different in the summer.

The staff at reception were great, we liked the roof top pool. The location was great. Along with the free car parking.

The cleaning staff were not very good and kept forgetting to provide us with items like towels.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartments which were clean and tidy with daily room service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are very central to both City Central Mall and Metro station.

The only slight changes I would suggest are supplying the following for the kitchen - a dishtowel and hand towel, tablets for dishwasher and washing machine and some dish washing liquid. The apartment could do with a little tidy up and decoration.

A very spacious flat, fully equipped with everything you need, including two TVs, well furnished and with great views from windows. Very comfortable bed! In the morning, a fantastic breakfast at a hotel restaurant. Extremely kind staff. A small sunroom with a pool is also available, on the roof.

All good - there was an existing leakage in bathroom that should have been fixed prior the check-in.

I like overall, from amenities , the hospitality of the staff special mentioned to Omar and Walleed from the reception.. they assist me form every little things that I need. Housekeeping that Alwaus maintained my room even without asking. I will definitely come back to this hotel.
