The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good and delicious. The location was excellent and convenient.

Need more better offer on room rate.

The hotel offered a very high quality in things that matter (to me), such as in-room comfort (nice desk, comfortable bed, big bathroom, good coffee capsules, free water bottles, etc.), excellent breakfast (three rooms full of very tasty fare), and good restaurants (e.g., their Asian restaurant served excellent food). To get from this hotel to anything interesting in Qatar, a car is required as from almost anywhere in Doha. The distances and the traffic are quite manageable, though.

Getting a tax receipt took a lot of discussing with front desk staff and ultimately the manager before it was finally issued (what they could have done immediately in 2 minutes, took me several hours, including messages to and from Booking.com), complete waste of time. There is a 25% discount for IHG club members at the hotel restaurants, and for me this was not honored on my first two days, with the hotel manager just shrugging his shoulders in the end; not a satisfying management attitude, including a lack of follow-up throughout, in particular also on the earlier issue.

The moment we arrived until we checked out was fantastic. We had all the hotels that could serve us as much as they could, and we appreciated that. The hotel has a valet service that takes care of your car perfectly. Our room was facing the city centre, so the view was spectacular. The hotel teams dedicated their professionalism to their valuable guests with heart. Breakfast was beautiful, with many choices of food and comfort. However, the waiters could have improved their service and smiled a lot more. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our short stay, and we will definitely make the Intercontinental one of our returning list in the future.

We had super soft pillows, which were a bit uncomfortable. The TV was a bit small and outdated, knowing that nowadays, almost all movies (we are a movie-holic LoL) have had 4K resolution.

Location was good. Rooms and facilities were excellent.

Breakfast options were not as good as expected. Breakfast managing team were not able to timely tackle guests for seating arrangements. This issue needs to be seriously taken care of, as it doesnt give good impression no matter how the staff are trying to show their best as guest don't expect and ready for such inconveniences and might get late for their planned duties or activities.

Unfortunately, the valet guys gave my car to a randomer who was staying at our hotel because he had the same car to me and lost his valet ticket. I was ready to go out but had to wait 30/45 mins for the guy to luckily come back as I was waiting. However, I do understand this was a mistake and luckily no damage was made to the car. Although they used a lot of fuel..

Wonderful place to stay , it was perfect . The bed was super comfy, and the room quiet . you can spend time outside with other travelers and tourists and the staff as well who, by the way, were exceptional. Eliza really went out of her way to make sure i got what i needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with anything at most required and everything was effortless . I had a great time meeting people and socializing yet when I wanted to, I could get a quiet night’s sleep. Lovely Stay Would Definitely stay again soon . Most Thanks To Eliza .

Good location, excellent breakfast, good staff.

One of no -smoking rooms had a smell of the smoker. But hotel staff changed the room immediately. If your room window looks the shopping mall, then you can hear a noise from the road. Not strong, but remarkable. Time to time you can hear a noise of a facade ventilation. Expensive during ASF2024 Room service (food) is relatively expensive, but cuisine is good and tasty.

Everyone was so nice and accomodating. especially the Mister in the Reception who assisted me in my check-in.sorry i didn't get his name.

I felt bad because i was not informed that Swimming pool on wednesday is for Ladies only. other than the rest is superb.
