Had to call in for my room to be made even when I came back from work late.

My family and I had a great stay at Cit Center Rotana Doha. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast (thanks to Mona and Aegen). The housekeeping and valet parking staff (as well as others) are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast items are delicious and a lot to choose from. The fitness center is well-equipped and well-maintained. In addition, there are different sizes of pools, suitable for all ages (my kids aged 7 and 9 enjoyed them a lot). By the way, vale parking is a great bonus. Also, don't forget to visit the City Center Mall (it is attached to the hotel).

To start with the front desk staff Salim and Juliana were amazing. They went above and beyond their duties. Salim was extremely helpful and polite and you should have more like Salim. Juliana made sure that our stay is comfortable. She went and showed us the facility in the hotel and she was checking if everything is fine with us. Hat off for Juliana and Salim. The swimming pool was very good

The room during the night is rather dark. The lights are not sufficient.

It was definitely value for money. The room was spacious with a beautiful sea view through large window. House keeping was excellent. Breakfast was good but was repetitive. The best worth mentioning thing was the Valet Parking handled by Mr. Alan. I never entered the parking area of the hotel throughout my visit; I just handed my car to Mr. Alan and rest he took care of the things.

The things which might need a bit of improvement are: * The lighting of the room is a bit dim. * Toilet amenities can be improved. * The variety in the breakfast can be increased. * The restaurant during the breakfast time was a bit rushy, maybe because I visited during Eid Holidays. (But I really liked the service of the servers and the chef at the omelette station)

Perfect location especially for the Exhibiters for 2023 Projects Qatar Doha . Ronata hotel is back of the DECC and about three hundreds meters from the hotel to the Entrance of DECC . Also Ronata hotel is linking to the Doha biggest Shopping mall in Second leyer . Front desk employees are so friendly . They recommand me Arabic Coffee to me . I like Ronata hotel .

Free Wifi speed is not good enough especially in night . Wifi sign is weak in most time .

The Concierge were all very accommodating. They are quick to note who needs assistance. We had our 3-day event at the ballroom and all the staff are attentive and even the chef was there. The food was great. The location is perfectly in the West Bay and with a direct access to the City Center Mall. I stayed at the hotel and had a great time with the room being clean and fresh.

location is great, food is very good with healthy options. facilities was great, sauna and steaming room, the gym too. late check out was a nice gesture. pool time till 9 pm better than most hotels.

amenities like coffee capsules, nail cleaver, extra pillow was not applicable. leaking in bathroom, always feel of water. the height of bath tub was too high for me. swimming pool time till 9pm it is ok but better to add one or two more hours.

We had the best service from some of the staff. Omar and Selim at the reception, khalil at the pool/gym area and the manger Hazims hospitality. These were the best, greatful to meet them.

We disliked the fire alarm that started 2 times by mistake and we had to take the stairs running down thinking the hotel was on fire. Very unpleasant experience.

It was our 2nd time staying here as a family. We love the fact that it is accessible to the mall. Our view was nice over looking to the city and part of the Cornich and bay area it was a serene view. We had a welcome drink and a date at the reservation area that was lovely also... but the best part of our stay was. We were able to extend our check out time to 3pm :D We were able to manage our time at the breakfast buffet, swimming pool area a quick nap and a lunch buffet. thankyou Rotana City Center it was a memorable anniversary stay for us <3
