Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences Doha

The city is small, so location was good. We had a car picking us up all the time, so we didn’t have the opportunity to walk around the area. there are many nice restaurants close by. Staff was friendly. The room had all the amenities you would need and a full equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, washing and drying machine, and every item you would need to cook. Breakfast is HUGE, and very good. The bathroom was huge, Would recommend it and stay here again.

Location is great and easily accessible The staff were AMAZING( from the reception to the house keepers. But they need to train the house keepers more on cleaning throughly( just few lapses in their cleaning ) Overall they are great

Oh the bathroom design is lovely but there’s a serious PROBLEM. It clogs and I had to have them clean the waterlog after every shower I complained severally but nothing much could be done I think it has to do with the construction or something

The hotel was great, I will definitely book there if I will visit Doha again! Not only the staff is very friendly, and the room and the facilities are great, but also the various internal restaraunts and the in-room dining are great! In addition, the hotel is located in a great spot, just a few minutes away from several shopping mall and a bus/tram stop. Definitely worth it!

The staff members were exceptional, displaying kindness and warmth throughout our stay. Marwane's service was consistently outstanding; he checked on us every evening and went above and beyond in response to our requests. Siri and Nan also provided excellent service. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything went smoothly without any problems or concerns.

Location and the apartment was specious and clean

I was not happy because the living room was having top windows that gives skyline views only and no way they accepted to change it The problem is that they new that it’s disadvantage apartment and every body else got one with a view It was unfair as I was given the least despite full payment I hope it is not because I am booking.com client Staff is not understanding at all

Room was good. Breakfast choice quite limited, but the staff at the restaurant provided excellent service, and extremely helpful. Location is good.

When we checkin, the room that was given to me was very different & much smaller compared to the pictures seen during booking. However, after about 30 mins, the desk manager approached me and offer a free upgrade to a much bigger room (which happened to be the one I saw in the pictures during booking). I wonder if there was a mistake initially when they checked me in the initial room. Anyway, I was very happy with the upgrade room.

The bedding is comfortable. The rooms are not very big but they are bright and soundproof. We really enjoyed the restaurant Thai Kitchen. The food was tasty and the service very friendly. We dined in twice, as we really enjoyed the place. Breakfast is varied (à la carte).

We didn't pay for a seaview, so only had the construction-site to look at (very interesting to observe!). It is a pity there is no space outside provided - it would be nice to have a terrace to unwind and enjoy the evening breeze with a drink.

Lovely aesthetic and great ambience. The view from the executive room was priceless. Good space, good facilities, the view in the double bedroom was awesome. We couldn't have enough of the scenery, it was breath taking.

Water doesn't drain out from the shower after showering. It takes ages to drain, so you have this pool of water always in the shower. Except the room is cleaned to get rid of it completely.

I stayed at Centara for 2 weeks when I visited Doha. I wanted a reasonably priced apartment-like stay in west bay and Centara provided just that. The location is great as it is next to a lot of key hotels and malls. Having a 24hr open gas station close by (1 minute walk) was super convenient for those late night quick errands. The room was lovely and it came with all essential utilities including a fully stocked kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine.

Hotel was strangely stingy with their water bottles. The washing machine dryer was not working properly and was adding water to the clothes instead of drying them. The management team immediately rectified this by replacing the machine and offered us a complimentary laundry service which was a much appreciated gesture.

Excellent stay in this great and modern hotel in a very quiet location 👍🏼 👌🏼 Clean, tidy, cosy, just like home 🏡 Spacious room, Helpful welcoming staff 👏🏼👏🏼 I would really recommend this hotel for solo travellers, couples, and even for families! It was just an amazing experience, which I would love to have it again and again!

The room was in a lower level, with no full window. which is good for short stay only!
