EVERYTHING! Friendly staff, amazing pool, access to City Mall and hotel structure. Constantin from Moldova and all other guys working at pool bar are awesome!

Security persons (Xray and etheraz guys). They are cold, emotionless, acting like “important” guys in the building. I didn’t like any of them and I never felt welcome standing next to them. They should smile sometimes because other staff (room service, valets, receptionists are more than smiled 24/7).

Location is amazing , City Center mall access and sea view at same time and hotel is luxury with reasonable price. break fast are amazing , the best breakfast buffet ever , very divers with amazing presentation. the room is wide and big and above my expectation. staff are great with quick action I would like to thank Mahmoud and Mohsen at the reception for great assistance throughout my stay.

pillow are too soft not supporting your neck, I had to use the sofa cushion to support the bed pillow.

Location, access to the best mall in Doha on the 2nd floor. the staff couldn’t help enough so nice, lovely room over looking the beach one of the best pools in doha, the breakfast was great, the poolside air conditioning is great and free to use for guests absolutely loved everything

The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and memorable stay. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable.

My stay at JW Marriott Doha just keeps getting better. It's their attention to the little things that usually go ignored and their absolute highest of standards in customer service that ensures complete satisfaction for the duration of your stay. It is a great pleasure to stay at your hotel. And it most definitely will not be my last time.

the breakfast, breakfast was not up to five star. even though I had paid for breakfast I ended up buying breakfast outside. Also they charged me twice so best to check your statements. currently trying to find out why and see if I can get my money back

as always, doha never fails when it comes to customer service. the housekeeping are very accomodating and the concierge are quick and knows their job.

i thought the pool is way bigger from the photos I have seen here. but it is enough if the hotel is not fully booked or crowded. but the ambiance in the pool is really nice.
