Staff were super friendly and location was perfect. Walking distance to the mall.

-Location -cleanliness -food (amazing breakfast buffet) -spacious rooms with a great view. -helpful polite staff -hospitality -valet staff and at front door were exceptionally helpful and polite, assisting us without being asked.

I was exceptionally disappointed with the check-in process that took far too long. The staff member at the reception was clearly inexperienced. He could not find our reservation, and then persistently asked about our visa (despite my clear explanation that we do not need one being from the GCC). After that he had trouble processing the payment. We were given keycards to one of the rooms that was clearly not ready with the cleaning staff still inside it. Despite that, he was very polite and pleasant to deal with, however, it seems like he needs more training or supervision. (unfortunately, 2 of his colleagues were available but did not offer any assistance).

Excellent location, proper correlation price/quality. I got an upgrade to sea view room. The room was very spacious with ac system very adjustable for my needs. At the check in you get a discount flyer book, do not forget to use it in the bar,coffee shop or in the spa. A beauty parlor at your convenience. The city center mall is just in front to the opposite entering through Rotana hotel in front of Le Meridien. Loved the front desk staff. Alcohol is served in the bar, the wine options by glasses are very limited which was expected. The best location ever if you come to the events in DECC, 3-5 min walking distance Coffee and tea station in the room. Comfortable beds, good linen.

Discovering the beautiful greeting and the exquisite birthday cake in honor of our shared birthday was a joyous start to our celebration. The thoughtfulness of their staff transformed a simple stay into an unforgettable memory. Furthermore, we were absolutely thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to an executive suite, which added an extra layer of luxury to our special day. Their team’s attention to detail and the genuine care for guest experience did not go unnoticed. From the warm welcome at the reception to the impeccable service throughout our stay, every moment was a testament to the high standards that Le Meridien is renowned for. Comfortable hotel with everything you need as a family from spacious rooms with free coffee maker and its capsules, kid's club & children swimming pool, to the separate SPA for women and men. Beautiful staff from reception to housekeeping and security.

Unfortunately the time we were there some facilities were out of order which could ruin your holiday. For example, the downstairs Jacuzzis and kid's club. Also, I recommend offering Moroccan hammam besides the massage service.

The location of the hotel is good and easily accessible to any place in Doha. Staff is really good, helpful and polite. Overall cleanliness is appreciated.

Although I had paid for a day in advance, as I had to check in next day early morning. I found it strange and unprofessional when I was informed by the Front office staff to wait till they prepare a room for me. I had a mail from the hotel confirming room would be ready, but the girl at the Front desk denied hotel having any communication with me.

Booking.com was terrible. They split our booking without us knowing. Hotel suddenly wanted us to check out early and pay everything. We were expecting to leave next day. So lucky they still had a room for us because hotel was full. Hotel said booking.com does this often. Was charged full rates for night we were shorted, much higher rate than previous 12 nights

I booked one night on last minute booking due to major delays on Qatar airways because of the storm. It was the last room, reception staff treated me very kindly let me check in and it went very smoothly. The room had perfect sun light from two sides (Fully glazed ) with great views on the city. it was very comfortable experience and great choice to make other than waiting in the airport. The airport was around 20 min away from the hotel and city center mall is 1 min away from the hotel.

Everything was excellent starting with checking in was fast and miss Denisha was very helpful. Room was free upgraded. Lobby area wide and well decorated with complementary juice available all time. The room’s view was very beautiful. All staff were humble and helpful In addition to the valet services their is a parking area in the basement

The bathroom didn’t have bidet sprayer hose. One of the staff said that if we asked for it they will provide it immediately but we didn’t know.

Every week I go to this hotel. It has become my favorite hotel. Everything is beautiful. The cleanliness and welcome. The breakfast deserves a million stars. The workers there are very nice and I would like to thank Mrs. Asma who works in the reception. She was very nice and I would like to thank Mr. Tomas. He was very nice and works hard.
