Great design, facilities and proximity to restaurants, shopping and other tourist activities. Lovely staff and I had a fabulous massage in the day spa.

We were given a room on the third floor which was very dark and small. Whilst the pool complex was visually stunning, it was a little cold.

the location is close to MRT and the views are fantastic.

we stayed in the suite with a total of 4 members together. I do have a few comments about our room. 1. the bed of the master bedroom is too soft for me, which I did not like so much. 2. the doors of the bath room area are very heavy ( stiff) to close. 3. the water from the shower leaks out as the level inside the shower area and outside is too shallow to block the spilling out. 4. the lighting of the mirror is insufficient especially when the curtain is closed. 5. we had to dry our hair at the corridors outside the bathroom as there are no power outlets inside.

Well-sized room with an impressively sized bathroom. Sound-proofing is excellent. Busy location (with construction nearby) but was able to stay in near silence. Bed comfort also perfect. Excellent place to relax and sleep. Room service food was top notch.

Very little to not like. A bit more water in the room? Room service past midnight? Minor, minor issues that did not affect overall enjoyment.

the entire staff was helpful. My room was emmaculately clean and smell fresh. Great city view with spacious elevators.

JW Mariott is a 5 star hotel. I didn’t expect that you have to pay extra $$ to have your room clean up. I was not happy about it.

Location is perfect and superb convenient; Staff (Front Office for check in and out, Room Service, Beach Restaurant Reception) is out-of-my-expectation excellence and I feel warmest welcome from them; Cleanliness is up to my expectation and the room size and comfort of room is good In-room dining food quality is marvelous - we liked laksa and the steaks

Service level at Beach Restaurant (for Breakfast) - No kid cutlery was provided, We had to walk towards one of waitress for coffees despite seated for 15 minutes, No on-time cleaning or checking to clean table for those finished plates. Food level at Beach Restaurant (for Breakfast) - Tastiness of our favourite Congee and Nasi Lemak were disappointing us as compared to what we had during our staycation in October 2019. No food service provided at Flow18 - beside Swimming pool at Level 18.

Got a free upgrade to better room on the 19th floor (see picture). Well located near the MRT. A lot of shopping malls near the hotel. If you are a smoker, there is a whiskey bar between the two towers at ground level where you can smoke. Breakfast has so much and service is really good (JW standards). Pool and bar at the 18th floor is great with a great view (see picture) on the city (to the south). Staff is super friendly en I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The matras was a bit soft en cushions too. The prices are higher in Singapore

The breakfast reservation was unfound as it seem more on first come first serve than based on reservation.

very central location. MRT a few minutes walking distance away. Akira Back restaurant was amazing and worth coming back for alone. The Executive lounge is worth value. the service from Hazel and Gwenda was beyond attentive and amazing. they remembered your name and what you drank and always greeted you so warmly. I would definitely stay at this fabulous hotel again.

the only thing I would have liked was a power point in the bathroom.

Fantastic location, exceptionally clean (housekeeping team were fab!), everyone was incredibly friendly

Exec lounge team were over attentive (can’t believe I’m having to say that), e.g. had just out the last bite of food in my mouth when they were over taking our plates away. One evening I was approached every 5 minutes to say if we wanted anything else. Perhaps give people a little more breathing space

Location was amazing. Room facilities was great. We especially loved the elevators, the wallpaper was genius! My fish loving kids loved seeing what sea life they could spot with every change of the elevator light colours. Loved the views from the 16th floor. Enjoyed just relaxing there.

Our bathtub didn't work, so the kids didn't get to take a bath.
