The front desk staff are amazing. The housekeeping staff are very courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious and well lit. The location is perfect if you have something to do downtown Pittsburgh. The strip with dozens of cool stores and cafes is just a 10 minute walk away and there are so many nice restaurants, along with the convention center and bendum center just next to the hotel. There is good coffee for money you can buy at the hotel bar.

When we came at night the hallways on the 4th floor smelled bad. the room smelled good though. Also, this is a busy hotel so if you are looking for somewhere calm, i am not sure i would recommend it. the 4th floor was noisy but we don't mind. The price per night can be a little cheaper as not justifiable for what you get without breakfast.

Everything was wonderful! Just wish coffee was available for a longer period of time in the hotel lobby. Although there are coffee makers in the room and a coffee shop nearby, having fresh brewed coffee would enhance the morning experience.

When we arrived the toilet paper roll was almost gone and no extra roll in the room. I contacted the front desk and they sent an employee to our room with a roll of toilet paper right away. I am sure this was just a minor overnight by the person you cleaned the room prior to our arrival.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful!

One suggestion - I wish there were small rooms available for business needs. I was in Pittsburgh for an event, and the event changed to virtual at the last minute. Although the hotel staff was very accommodating with a late check-out, I still had another meeting at 3pm. I ended up sitting in a common area with a lot of background noise during a zoom meeting.

I loved the location and was presently surprised with how high the ceilings were in my room. In fact I was surprised at how large the room was all together.

If I had one small dislike, it would be the tub/shower set up. I was expecting a walk in shower. (I'm not sure why.) Also, the the shower head was not as high end as I would have hoped. Also, the toilet was difficult to flush. The bathroom does not have a fan.

great location in heart of downtown, walking distance to baseball stadium and market square. staff very accommodating to our requests

breakfast not included, seemed like it would be but they either had it shut down or were refurbishing it which is fine. next door cafe had breakfast that was sufficient

Sticky bathroom floor (we did not ask to fix it in their defense) The view. However staff informed me that it could be loud on city side, so I chose the other. I was happy she told me.

Our stay was amazing ! The entire staff from the valet, to desk, to supervisor were all pleasant and happy to help . Everyone was pleasant which is something you don’t find very often. One of the best stays we have had in our travels in years !

The hotel was downtown with easy access to restaurants and bars. It’s in a good area with lots to do. The second room we had was lovely, spacious with views and what it should have been to start with. Some staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast was awful to say the least. Worst scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted - dry and tasteless. The chef gave us chips thinking we wouldn’t notice. The first one was dark and facing multi storey parking. The lighting wasn’t great either. They wouldn’t help us with our suitcases as they didn’t have ‘bell boys’. They do not offer water bottles in the room and for over $300 a night, it’s disappointing.

NA. Did not attend breakfast. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Easily accessible with several restaurant options within walking distance. Staff was courteous and efficient.

The only thing that could have been improved was the bathroom to be stocked with at least one backup roll of toilet paper.

My go to hotel when I attend Tekko con at the Lawrence center around the corner. Always clean and the employees are very welcoming.

Sometimes the restaurants/bars across the street are noisy if you're in a street facing room. If you don't mind a little background noise it's fine.
