The breakfast had really good extended hours until 11.00 am, which was perfect if you like to sleep in as we do. The choice of items was rather wide for such a small hotel and was fit for many different tastes. Egg dishes were prepared on individual requests, there were several kinds of cheeses and fruit, cold cuts, breads, cereals, various cakes and pastries baked in and out. The service was excellent during seven days of our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming. I loved my experience and will stay again in the same hotel next time we are visiting Belgrade.

I liked everything in our room, the conditioning and all the appliances worked well inside our unit. There were many lighting options, a good supply of toiletries of good quality, fresh, white towels, which looked new ( I love my towels on the snow white side!). There were little treats left for us by the hotel every other day: delicious cookies, fruit, candy, which were much appreciated. In this hotel, they like people! Their personnel is trained so well, and hired based on competencies, one of which is love for people. So, as you see, NOTHING needs to be changed in my honest opinion of a seasoned traveller.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Also very kind and helpful staff. Great location with landmarks, shops and cafes restaurants all close by. Amazing breakfast so much variety and delicious. Breakfast room is also very nicely decorated and loved the music playing in the background. Hotel staff arranged transfers for me and were always willing to assist in any way. Superb. Highly recommended.

For those that have issues with stairs lift stops in between levels but stairs are not steep and not that many you can choose to go down or up depending on which level you stop at. And staff will carry your luggage to and from your room if needed. It wasnt an issue for me at all. The rest of the hotel more than makes up for this slight issue.

Having stayed in several different rooms over the past 10 days, my family and I have only great things to say about Townhouse 27. First of all - many thanks to the staff; I cannot commend people working in the hotel highly enough. That goes equally for reception, café and housekeeping - everyone has been very accommodating, helpful, respectful and friendly. The rooms were great - understated, stylish design, good planning and size. Everything was very clean and beds were super comfortable. There was a well stocked but reasonably priced minibar. The breakfast offered at the hotel was great - everything high quality and fresh. What was very important for me personally - the coffee machine in the room and that you can open the windows and let the air in. The location of the hotel right in the Old Town is fantastic and is very comfortable for access to sights, shops, bars and restaurants. This was the best boutique hotel I have ever stayed in. Great job by the management and staff.

This is the first time in my life when I give 10 out of 10 rating to the hotel. We have spent 4 nights. 1. Surely the best location. We have been all around the city and I confirm this is the top location ever. 2. VERY clean. PERFECTLY clean! 3. The 5* service: minibar, cleaning, hostess, accuracy, staff, attention. Its like a small Rixos, but much better. I have no idea how did this small pretty hotel manage to become some a wonderful professional place like that. Thank you, deal all! This was a very special stay for us and we are coming back. Again and again. For your atmosphere and attitude. This was a great pleasure. The room... It was perfect. Clean, comfy, spacious... High ceiling gives it an extra feeling of spaciousness. Plenty of lighting options is a bonus. I didn't try to manually modify the room temperature but it always felt at the right temperature. The Staff... Amazing. They are very similing, always helpful. Location... You can't ask for more if you wanna be at walking distance to most attractions like restaurants, cafés, bars and museums but also need some peace and quitness around.

Although it wasn't a big issue for us, the view from the room could be better. Mostly looking at a combo of the hotel elevator, hotel walls and an another building. Not too close to you but still you need to look high to see the sky even on the 5th floor.

A centrally located hotel surrounded by chic cafes and shopping street. Hotel had a cozy cafe for breakfast(good choices available). Courteous staff at reception providing smooth check in and check out. Comfortable beds and jacuzzi tub. Room was regularly cleaned. Bath amenities were of good quality. Recommended for families with kids.

No concept of bell desk to help in movement of luggage as default though they ask if one needs help. I chose to move it myself which was a bad idea as the elevator opens in between two floors so one has to take it few steps up or down. The lift door closes in a hurry and does not stop even if blocked. Should place more dustbins in room with working lids.

It is a wonderful hotel. We stayed only one night /unfortunately/ and got upgraded from our junior suite to a bigger one with a huge plate of strawberries waiting for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. The ia a god coffeeshop/restaurant where we had fresh and tasty salads and expertly made Margaritas cocktails for dinner and extensive and delicious breakfast. Stay there if only for a night, but if you are visiting for longer, you must stay there.

Absolutely nothing.

Reception staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could. The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, always obliging in cooking eggs and bacon. Excellent location, wouldn't hesitate to return

The only downside was the bar shut at 10pm, if you wanted a nightcap when returning for the evening. The screening on the side of the hotel was very noisy at night when it was windy

We used to live in Belgrade but have not been back for a number of years, so the Boutique Garni Hotel Townhouse 27 was new to us. What a great surprise!! We stayed here twice (for 2 days each time) each time we passed through Belgrade during our August vacation. The hotel is centrally located on a quiet side street, has secure parking, stylish rooms and a great breakfast. On top of all this, the staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. Well Done! We would definately recommend TH27 and will certainly stay here again on our next trip to Belgrade.

Can't think of one thing that the hotel could have done better.

Everything was just wonderful! I stayed there even longer than I expected and booked 10+ other rooms for my colleagues who came a couple of days later. The staff was extremely helpful! I'd like to thank them for constantly helping me with additional bookings, complex changes of plans in terms of rooms, airport transfers, taxis (even at night), etc., and the reception desk works 24/7. The breakfast is great, with a lot of choices, and you can order different omelets, scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, polenta, porridge, pancakes, etc. We also constantly went to lunch and dinner a-la-carte. The food is very tasty, and we tried almost everything on the menu. They were even able to make vegetarian versions of many dishes when I asked. The rooms are very cozy and tidy, the housekeeping is great, and does not interfere with your stay when you're in the room, they always manage to do everything while you're having your breakfast or lunch. The location is the best you can find, the heart of the Old Town; 3 grocery stores in 50m, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, 3 min walk to the central city square. I can honestly recommend this hotel in any aspect possible.
