the location was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. we had an inner yard room but still with a big window.

they charged us in Serbian currency. we didn't like it because in booking.com the price was in euro and they used their own exchange rate which was lower than the current rate so in a way we have been charged more. It's not about 5-10 Euros but more about transparency. we didn't like that they didn't even bother to explain to us what the exchange rate was, how much we were paying in the Euro, etc. before I asked them. If this is the case, the price should be visible in this currency in booking.com too.

Maison Royale added to the wonderful experience I had in Belgrade while visiting a friend. The location is the best you can find in the city center. I loved stepping out of the hotel and have cafes and shops nearby in this beautiful road. Even it was right in the center as there was no traffic is was so quiet in the morning with birds singing in the trees in front of my window. Only later there were the sounds from the cafes people enjoying themselves. But as I did the same it was fine. Anyway with windows closed and a good working AC it was perfect. Another mention deserve the super nice ladies at the reception. Always smiling and polite doing their best to make my stay memorable. Also the cleaing ladies kept my room perfect. A nice surprise were also the 2 hotel drivers who were so friendly compared to most taxi drivers in Belgrade. And they spoke good English. I really can recommend this hotel and will for sure come back. ❤️

There is no elevator as the hotel is in an old building which is protected ... which is also a good thing. Luckily my room was in the first floor.

Located in walking street in a old building with view on the street. There is no restaurant but is possible to have breakfast for 8Eur (with voucher) in the Boutique#2 restaurant on the ground floor choosing in their menu (but no croissants).

Parking is available in the shopping mall close to the hotel, but spaces are limited, so I have to park and pay by myself without any discount. It is quite expensive (3600dinars for 18 hours, about 30Eur) and at the desk they don't accept credit card (not acceptable in my opinion), so I had to withdraw money at ATM paying fee for additional 500 dinars . If you don't like noise until late this hotel is probably not recommended, since there are plenty of restaurants and places open until late with music/live music around.

I love absolutely everything about my stay in this hotel; all the ladies working at the reception desk were very kind and helpful, if I needed a taxi, they would get me one in no time. It was nice to be greeted by their beautiful smiling faces every time I get in or or out of hotel. They made feel at home.The hotel driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me back, helped with my luggage and was very reliable and kind. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well all 8 nights of my stay. The room was spotless clean. Cleaning ladies were cheerful and ready to assist. This hotel is at the very heart of the city and one can enjoy Belgrade at its best. This hotel is small, but a real pearl.

Really friendly staff - from the reception office to the cleaning ladies, all friendly and genuinly warm people, was very impressed! Very clean aswell.

Smaller room that I expected, but in the center of the capital, which is a good location, so worth it. Was unsure about vegan options for breakfast (since the hotel does not have own restaurant), but the caffe's staff was very helpfull and I got a very good vegan alternative after I asked. Still would recommend for a brief stay in Belgrad, would definitely come back to stay here on another occasion!

Located in the city center, the hotel is a truly nice place to stay. All sightseeings are in walking distance, the Belgrade forteress is across the street and it's quite relaxing to take a tour of it in the evening. Lots of bars and restaurants are nearby, thus there's always a choice of good food. Shopping mall with a supermarket is anext door in case you need anything. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, you have everything you need in it. Special dedications to the staff, team is exceptional ! Everyone is very friendly, kind and helpful. Airport transfer is really good, drivers are on time and ready to provide a piece of advice about local life. Restarant in the hotel is cozy and food is very good. Thanks to its excellent standards of service, this hotel makes you feel like home

Stayed here for 2 weeks in June on a work trip. Room was clean and bed comfortable, loads of storage, massive TV with Netflix and YouTube and loads of channels. Coffee and tea making facilities, mini bar and lovely bathroom. Reception staff are all really lovely, helpful and friendly as are the cleaners. Brilliant location, restaurants, shops etc all within the pedestrianised area. Within walking distance of loads of museums and the most amazing park, fort and military museum. Loved every minute and I've just rebooked for another work trip in September!

Excellent location. Right on the main pedestrain street and next to the park. Underground parking available in the shopping mall right to the hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast provided by the neighborhood hotel but also great. friendly and helpful staff.

Just as a reminder for the families with the baby stroller. There is no elevator in the hotel but it has nice spiral staircases. We left the stroller by the reception so it was not a problem so just as info. also one of our rooms have windows to the main street. and it is very lively street with e.g. street artist performances going on, so you can expect solid traffic there by 11pm, midnight during the week days as well. I like it so again only as side info not as an issue.

The hotel was located on the Knez Mihailova street. Our room had the street view. The staff was very helplfull, the room was clean and comfy. The hotel’s breakfast was served in the cafe below the hotel, which had many options. Kalemegdan and the Belgeade fortress is just 1 minute away, and the Republic Square is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Maison Royale and it would definitely be our choice again when we visit Belgrade the next time.

The location is excellent. Sooo close to Kalemegdan and located on Knez Mihailova Street which is the main street for restaurants and bars. Just right next to a big mall which has coffee shop / food court etc. In addition to that there is a great frozen yoghurt shop in the same building and there is a great restaurant as well. So everything you need is around the hotel. You can even go to Kalemegdan for couple of times in a day. You may grab your coffee and read a book, take a walk both at mornings and evenings. You may give little breaks at your hotel room and then you may continue to have fun outside. So again, the location is excellent :) The staff was warm, friendly and simply great :) They helped me a lot! My plug did not not work and i could not charge my phone. I borrowed a battery charger from the receptionists. They tried to solve my problem. They suggested me many touristic attractions and helped me for the city transportation. I would like to thank them all. It was a pleasure to meet them. Cheers
