Very modern interior with exepctional bathroom/sauna room. Extremly nice receptionists who helped us with information, reservation of taxi and restaurants.

The parquet floor is quite worn and squeaks. I understand that it is an older city building and that parquet is appreciated, but it is annoying because it makes noise when you walk.

I rarely give 10-point reviews and actually get suspicious of the places that have way too high review scores, but this time I got convinced that all the positive reviews here were absolutely well deserved. The staff are super courteous and helpful - they helped us with the baggage, and answered all our questions. One of the friendliest staff I've ever met around the world. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of Belgrade, quite literally a stone's throw away from the Knez Mihailova pedestrian street - with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Supermarket is 1-minute walk away. The place is very close to the Kalemegdan park. We stayed in a small studio. It is well-equipped - with super comfy bed, spacious bathroom, fridge, safe locker, coffee maker, tap, stovetop, kitchen utensils etc. It was nearly 40 degrees heat in Belgrade and the AC in the room did an amazing job to make our stay comfortable. We booked the airport transfer both ways, which was also very much worth the price. The drivers helped us with the luggage, and the air-conditioned luxury Mercedes was very comfy. The hotel is located on the pedestrian street - so we were greeted by a staff member at a drop off point 5-minute walk away, who helped us with the luggage and guided us to the hotel. It was very hot on the day of the check out, and the gentleman at the reception gave us 2 bottles of cold water for our trip to the airport. Even small gestures like this can warm your heart and make your stay a lot nicer. So, overall, I absolutely recommend this place.

the location is walking distance to many restaurants and sites to visit. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, everyone did their best to ensure our stay was great. the bed was very comfortable and the layout of the room made the most of a small space. the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a blow dryer which was nice. I also appreciated that they had Netflix.

the air conditioner in our room struggled to cool the room and was extremely noisy. every time it turned on, it sounded as if someone was trying to break into the door so it woke me up several times throughout the night. also, there is a very busy pedestrian street directly below the window to the room so all night we heard people laughing, talking etc. definitely bring ear plugs if city noise keeps you awake.

Location was great, you can reach touristic places by walking. Stuff was great to help us during our entire stay. Room cleaning service was daily and excellent. Room has free tea and coffee you can enjoy and coffee machine was handy and working well. We stayed during winter time and room was always warm and there was a comfortable bed. There was a contactless key to enter building which makes it safe to stay and a pleasant smell welcomes you in the entrance. We will stay in this hotel if we visit Belgrad again. Thanks for each one from stuff and hope to meet you again!

Basically nothing

Location is excellent for exploring Belgrade. Staff where excellent and helpful to any request and going above and beyond upon check in and check out. Upon arrival it was raining so we were greeted from our airport transport with umbrellas and helped with luggage. At check out we were helped with luggage and water handed to us for our journey back to the airport. Those small things make a difference. We were also given a map upon check in and pointed out to the must see sites and advised how to get to them.

This is perfect for any length of stay! The rooms are comfortable and clean, and in-room amenities are great. This includes Netflix and similar streaming on the TV. The hotel is perfectly located one street back from the main pedestrian shopping strip Knez Mihajlova, and has supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and shops all within a short walk. Public transport is also very close, as are key attractions. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in the heart of Belgrade. The location couldn't have been better, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions. The accommodation itself was excellent, with comfortable and well-appointed rooms that provided a relaxing and cozy environment. The standout feature, however, was the wonderful staff. Their hospitality and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. Whether it was offering local recommendations or ensuring my comfort, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch experience during their visit to Belgrade.

The room was lovely, very clean, equipped with anything you could possibly need and in a great location, in the centre of the city. It was in fact even better than the photos on booking.The staff was exceptionally kind, offered to help us with information we required and even when an inconvenience occurred, which had nothing to do with them (noisy guests), they offered to buy us breakfast on the morning we left! I highly recommend this place!

Well managed and great attention to details, a team of professionals that understand what travellers are looking for, they do things really well and take a lot of pride in their work. If only half of the places I stay had the same ethos, travelling for work would be a very different world. Thanks again to everyone, not only the location was perfect but the room was super quiet, the bed very comfy and I sincerely enjoyed those few nights in Belgrade.
