The location ist absolutely TOP! The Belgrade fortress is in walking distance. Unlike other reviewers tell you, breakfast in the restaurant is very good. Not only the number of select options but also the quality and size of portions were very good. No trace of downgraded versions for hotel guests. Due to overbooking we received a room update for free. Thank you. The apartment was very clean, AC and WIFI work well.

- As the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone it is a little bit tricky to find the hotel by car navigation. The same applies for the (public) parking garage which is located on the other side of the zone. Where to leave the car while clarifying these questions? Anyhow, asking three times, in the hotel and on the street, we mastered the issue! Maybe it will be helpful to find a map in the hotel with better information about parking. - Payment in advance.

The location is fantastic — in the very center of Belgrade, with a lit of shops, cafes and attractions around

The room was really small, literally just a bit bigger than the bed. The bed itself wad quite comfortable, and even in this tiny space you have all necessary facilities. Anyway this is the place for one, maximum two, nights. This mini hotel is on the upper floor of an old office building, so be ready that the entrance and the elevator will be shabby…

Belgrade gets insanely hot in the summer and this property has structural problems so the AC simply doesn’t work. And it doesn’t seem like there is a solution for the problem so I’d avoid this place during the summer months.

is very central located at the republic square next to the national museum with a lot of cafes and close to the city center. I appreciated the very warm welcome by the front office team and they were always helpful with all different inquiries. boutique rooms is located at the six floor (top floor) of the building so you have almost no noises from other neighbours.

unfortunately they missed parts of cleaning in the bathroom, but it was okay for me as I just stayed there for two nights and it was between shower and the drawer next to it. There was dust and hair from previous guests.

Nice hotel in the centre of the town. Great place to stay if you like to go out at night. It's a little bit confusing because in the same building are two hotels and this one is on the 6th floor. The rooms are modern and spacy. Room isolation is excellent. Each room has its own design expression and it is different. Everything is clean. The breakfast is really tasty and the staff is excellent. Nearby is a big public parking garage which can be used per hour or for a whole day.

More signs at night about the hotel entrance will be desired.

It was a great location, the room was comfortable, the staff were extremely helpful and it was clean. Great value for money. Breakfast was extra but there was plenty of options.

It was quite loud even with the windows closed. The aircon squeaked a little.

Boutique Rooms has exceptional staff, the ladies have been very helpful for any kind of request you might have as a traveler. Very comfortable room in the middle of the walkable city center, exceptionally clean room and an excellent pick up service for/ towards the airport! A big thank you for making my stay pleasant! I am looking forward to my next stay!

Everything especially the receptionist at the front desk

The entrance from the street is very poor…and dirty.. we were very worried we had arrived at the wrong address.. then we got into a rickety old elevator to the 6th floor where there was a nice receptionist and a great room… the botique rooms signage on the street was very small

The location is perfect. Staff is very kind and the room was clean. The rooms are on the 6th floor and the breakfast is in the bar on the ground floor. You can choose from a few menus, mostly various types of eggs and sandwiches/toasts and coffee and juice. Very tasteful and big portion. We would probably choose this place again.

The shower headset could be replaced

My wallet was stolen in Budapest si had no means of paying for anything. The lovely ladies on reception ensured I didn't starve by giving me breakfast cards and allowing me to stay until I could arrange alternative way to pay for the accommodation. They were my saviours.
