Nice hotel right in the center of Belgrade. Tue position is just perfect. Hotel is pretty nice and clean, it may need a big mantenaince in the next years but over all it was food for us. A small tip for all the travellers of this beautiful town and that it’s not related to the hotel: be careful of fake taxis at night, they asked us 50€ for a ride of 10 minutes so if you don’t see the paymeter ask for a prefixed price before to start the ride and also at resturants, usually waiters asked us to pay the tax (that in my opinion is our IVA) on the bill aside while it is already included in the total of the bill. It is very confusing because it is in their language so be careful. Beside this small tip I hope you will enjoy this wonderful city, its food and people and also this hotel and its workers because they are very professional.

The WC's water container was leaking, causing wastes of water and murmuring sounds. The Reception Desk Team invited a handyman, and the problem was fixed. On another day, the smell of canalization appeared in my room. By coming from the bathroom, it filled the room too. It looks like there are no good water locks in the bathroom to avoid it, and when all water dries in the tubes, the smell appears. I had to change a room, but everything was arranged without a problem, and in my new room there were no such a problem. I hope that the issue with bad smells from canalization is solved now, and new guests won't be bothered by it. All the rest was perfect!

Ok, this is a tough one. Yes, the location is great. Two, the beds are comfortable and three, the rooms are, surprisingly, quiet given the location right next to Republic Square. But the reason, I must give an 8 and not a 9 is because of the "arteries" or plainly put the lobby, lift and stairs which connect you to your well appointed room behind the aesthetically pleasing "realist facade"

Two lifts in a derelict lobby, opne works, one barely works. I, then, tried the stairs, dimly lit is being charitable. I'm a functional traveller and really don't need a lot of amenities but there are baselines. Hopefully, in time, the landlord will approved the common spaces.

The room was lovely. Great shower. Heating worked really well which was important. Felt secure as access to the rooms were limited.

Difficult to find - not well signposted from outside and the actual building not shown on booking.com. Not allowed to check in until 1400 - as it says on the policies. But had to wait in small reception room for 30 minutes even though room available. Lift is quite small so can be off putting for some and reception is on 5th floor (and some rooms). My room was on second floor which was walkable.

Excellent location in the center of old Belgrade, beautifully renovated room with all modern comforts. Nice view of the Republic square. Air conditioner works well and keeps the rooms comfortable even during a heat wave. Walking distance to the charming pedestrian area of Skadarlija with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The hotel occupies a few floors in an old communist era building that also houses some government organizations such as the Serbian Anti-doping agency. If you take the stairs instead of the elevator, you will find some stained and moldy carpeting, bags of trash and cigarette butts that look like they haven't been collected in months. My room overlooked the Republic square which can be very noisy, esp. when there are concerts in the summer weekends as was just my luck. At the main entrance one can always find the staff of the restaurant at the ground floor on a smoke break or simply hanging out.

The room is very spacious with an extra bed for kids and a very nice seating area with a stunning view, the location is the best in Belgrade, easy access in & out and in the heart of action, could not get better than that. The staff is very friendly and supportive, airport transportation was super smooth and in excellent cars. Perfect stay all in all.

The only downside which is not a big deal at all, the elevator is slow and one was broken, but compared to all other hotels with no elevator that does not matter.

Fantastic central location on the main square in Belgrade. Awesome room- 4* star quality. Toiletries, tea making facilities and fridge good. Rain shower was a bonus. Lots of restaurants, bars and exchange bureaus.

Entrance smells of smoke which is restaurant downstairs. Towels reduced in amount as the days went by. Safe not working.

The view from my window! Wow! The entire area just happens to be in an amazing historic area full of restaurants, coffee shops etc. I'm now in Moscow, but I miss Belgrade and this location that's how much of an impression this location left on me. The staff all speak perfect English and helped me with everything including taxis. Honestly the staff are probably some of the best best people I've dealt with in years. If you're going to Belgrade I recommend this area and establishment.

It has been invested in rooms in general, but it is a pitty that at the same time one decided to keep old/or at least oldfashioned floor carpets that at not nice nor very clean. It gives a strange heavyness to otherwise very nice room.

Great Location. Spacious rooms. Easy check in. There are 2 floors - 4th and 5th. I got the 4th which was more new.

Elevator is getting stuck sometimes. My room had a broken shower that they couldn't fix. They did suggest me to me to an older room and different  floor from my friend which i didnt like. They claimed that they don't have now anyone to fix it. I somehow did manage to shower but the hot water got cold really fast .
