The place is very clean, it is quiet and the staffs are friendly.

The fact that the rooms don't have fridges and microwave.

Great breakfast - staff amazing- bed comfortable - Incident: they booked a shuttle the day the driver didn t wotk noone nformed us till I arrived at the desk and waited for my ride. The the reception desk kept on serving other person even if whe knew I was waiting and latefor my apt at the embassy. i couldn t have organized differently if I knew. Then ride in a very old not comfotbale taxi. She apologize after. I felt home there and will come back for sure . Pity the pool was too cold and dirty .

Booked for a ride that wouldn t never happened bcs it was a holiday . Client should be advised if mistake was made .

It was clean!

I didn't like that a staff member helped me find my way and then later demanded a tip. Tips are supposed to be give freely, not meant to feel like an obligation. I couldn't even move around the hotel freely knowing very well there's someone waiting for me to give them money. Demands for me are just a NO! I also didn't like that there was no cold water. I enjoy my water cold not room temperature.

The rooms were nice even thou having a bar fridge would have been useful.

Not having a fridge on the room,the waiting period when checking in.the were more than 4 people waiting to been assisted by one receptionist who wasn't pleasant. On sunday morning around 3 am we heard some sounds around our window as they were not closed,it seemed like the was someone peeking on us.we were on room G17 so that was one moment which we felt not safe. One thing which was inconvenience is that no cash was allowed and we struggled to even get food at the place because they needed a card as their online payment system wasn't working so we had to go out late in a place we dont know just to buy food.

The pool, the shower was nice and spacious, The bed was nice, big and comfortable The tea and coffee condiments The cocktails from the bar The privacy they give guests The overall service of the staff was excellent. All the facilities were wonderful.

The wardrobe in the room. The carpets in the hallways retain a wierd smell and are not very clean. The short curtains are just wierd. The TV channels were miserable and there was no much to choose from. The TV itself was very old and outdated.

The hotel is at the heart of the city.

The pictures on the internet speak a different language than what is really at the hotel. The hotel can use some bit of TLC

The cleanliness of the place and friendliness of the staff. The view by the pool is spectacular.

The pool was closed off for swimming. The view from my room was just 🤷‍♀️

Room was amazing and quite, met my expectations and turn down exceeded my expectations. Karabo was amazing, always serving with smile. Zizipho or something like that could be more courteous and accommodating. Had wonderful time and I give you 10.

Housekeeping staff are the most important part of the business, they weren't friendly at all. Met one in the lift she just got out without even greeting nor recognizing us. Met another on the passage she looked very annoyed to have met us and just walked past us. Secondly, please sort out back office issues. I sent POP on Thursday but on check in they asked for ps if that's not enough on checkout still they asked if I paid in front of other guests. That's little bit embarrassing.

Shout out to Karabo the receptionist. As I ended up arriving earlier than I planned in PTA I had to request an early check Inn. I called and she said I can come to the property. She didn't give me any hustles. My early check Inn was quick and smooth. Her service was exceptional. I liked the house kipping staff as well. They are really friendly and good at their job too. The location is good and has a sense of safety. I liked basically everything about the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that most facilities didn't work. The sink was blocked and was only fixed the following day. Shower didn't work, only the bath tub. When I checked in my fridge was dirty. I arranged for it to be cleaned before I went out on some errands but it was only cleaned later that day after having reported the second time. Side lamps didn't work as well. I don't know if the TV didn't work or I'm the one who couldn't operate it. A lot needed attention in that room.

I liked the coziness of my room and that there was a safe to keep all my belongings, especially laptop safe with a custom password. The wifi was good, and I was even able to get some light work done. The channels on the TV were okay, but some of them were a bit fuzzy - not sure if just in my room or in all rooms. Room service was a bit slow, but the staff were really gracious and accommodating. The food is great! 👍
