the variety and quality of the food in the restaurant. the stuff. the area is quiet

The room wasn't ready when we got there. the safe in the room wasn't reset. the toilet paper wasn't replaced. the towel was wet. the night lamp didnt work. the remote for the air conditioner was hidden. the telephone didn't work. the shower head was squiruting all the directions and it was very unusable and hard to shower. we didn't get water bottles in the room. the acoustic in the bathroom was bad. the closet in the room was in a dark place without lights.

Shuttle services we received from Obed it was exceptional 🙌 very calm and patient man. We really enjoyed his service ❤️👌 We enjoyed breakfast as well it was delicious ☺️ Staff was very friendly 😁😍❤️

We booked family room, everything was fine except that tea utilities was only for 2 people and towels were too small we they can place 4 big towels rather than 2 small and 2 big cos the maximum number of that room is for 4 people we all need to be accommodated. Also I would like to suggest that you put air freshener and toilet brush since the room is shared by 4 people

This thing of getting out of the room to get the irons is really not good at all.. They must deliver them to the rooms on request or make them mounted in the rooms. This is the only reason sometimes is getting hard for me to book at their hotel. At the reception they must allocate more stuff especially during the checkout and the check inn times. Last time I had to wait for more than 36 min before a can be Attended or the preference given to other guests known to some at the reception.

Everything from the reception, the room, the dinner (by the way the most reason im staying at your hotel every time im in Pretoria is the food. The Chef cooks a storm in that kitchen hey). The booking in is so seamless. I came with my partner and him being someone who travels a lot, he was very impressed. So be rest assured that Manhatten is our home from home whenever we are in Gauteng.

The cleanliness, the food and friendly staff, especially Buyie and Mpho at reception,Tebogo, Innocentia at the restaurant and all who made our stay pleasant there, and compliments to the chefs,ooh yes and the live performances at Rockefeller bar👌,thank you all.

The driver who dropped us off at Menlyn,his service and communication skills was very poor.

My guests were treated exceptionally well and staff showed great kindness abd hospitality. The guests felt really valued and were humbled by all the care given including recognition of the child's birthday abd issueing of gifts. I was really impressed. The shuttle included provided exceptionally good services to the requested venues.

I woukd be telling lies if i say there's anything i didnt like. I liked the services right from my first encounter in July when i had an overnight stay. Since then I recommended it to my family and resorted to only using it and not any other hotel in Pretoria.

We were travelling to Cape Town on the Blue Train the following day and the hotel was perfectly located very close to Pretoria Station. Very helpful and polite staff. Good quality buffet dinner, with lots of options. Comfortable bed.

The room was clean and tidy, but the decor was a bit tired and the quality of decoration was poor. However, when viewed in the context of the price, this was perfectly acceptable.

We booked a family suite - it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was neatly and properly prepared for us.

The bathroom shower was not working. We called maintenance and they said it would take a couple of minutes to fix. Because we were in a hurry, they referred us to another room down the passage to use the shower there. It was a real inconvenience to be parading the halls in our sleepwear.

The shuttle service and the friendly staff, not forgetting the sweet and beautiful receptionist called Gloria, she was indeed a great help.

The restaurant was fully booked, since we were waiting for the menu in our room, until we decided to order via Uber-eats. I was disappointed because we weren't informed about the buffet bookings either, I expected a room service atleast.
