The room was spacious, very neat and clean. It had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. The shower was great as it was lovely to wash in a structure that does not spill water all over the bathroom.

The Church nearby - the singing can be disruptive to the peace and quiteness. The so-called king-sized bed. It turned out to be two medium sized beds put together, but the discomfort was that they did not put anything on cover the two beds to make it feel like one king bed. "Falling in the groove between the two beds was very uncomfortable.

The coffee I bought the next morning down at reception was the best coffee I had in a very long time! The staff was extremely helpful. They phoned prior to me checking in and assisted with my luggage.

It was a bit noisy outside (in the street). The location is close to where I had to go, but the nearby taxi rank and many pedestrians is a bit scary, although inside the premises I felt very safe and secure.

The place is extremely neat and clean. You cannot fault them about space. Our room was spacious, and it brought a good feeling of comfort. Every staff member was friendly and went all out to make us feel comfortable. The security staff were helpful in that regard, always providing information about where to go and how things work. The porters were extremely helpful at requests, or even when they see that you need assistance.

I did not like the twin bed arrangement. It made sleeping very uncomfortable because of the dip where the two small beds connect. This has to be abandoned. Though the dinner and the breakfast was great, but the waiting for food to be prepared was annoying.

Rooms were immaculate and cleaned all the time, with refreshing air and relaxing atmosphere. I wish l would spend the whole day in the room though I had to be out on business during the day. Keep it up.

If they can upgrade their televisions to smart TVs such that we can be able to watch Netflix using our accounts, since Wi-Fi is already there.

My stay was perfect, actually it was wonderful. I received good care and a follow up was made if I needed any room service OR if I needed any assistance. I'll definitely book my stay at the park everytime I need a sleep over in PTA. Keep up the good work.

Eish ... If the hotel can deal with cockroaches because I experienced them at my sight. There weren't many but there were there.... however evidence was there that the hotel is trying by all it's endevour to keep the hotel spotless clean.

The room and service was excellent.. Punctuality when I call for assistance was also excellence

Noise reduction and invading of privacy by staff without knocking first.. The was an incident where one male staff entered my room without knocking and I was still in bed undressed and I felt that was a little bit unsettling

It was amazing. Great space and awesome service all around. The room was very clean and the room service was great. No complaints apart from some noise from other patrons.

The area around the hotel was a bit of a concern in terms of safety and there parking ran out at some point with more people coming to stay at the hotel.

From the moment one enters through the gates, the staff is helpful and so friendly. They were all so exceptionally kind and amazing. I believe the Hotel should even be changed from a 3 star rating to a 4 star! Thank you for having the complementary shuttle service and the kind driver Neo!

There’s no toilet brushes in the bathrooms. That caught me off guard.
