The receptionist by the name Ellen welcomed me with warm hands, informed me that she received my request that I'll arrive earlier, already she was preparing my room. In less than ten minutes I was taken to my clean room She made it easy for me as I didn't know the area ,adviced me on where to go for shopping and Salons Assisted with requesting the Uber and ensure that I was safe worst of all she will inform the next shift to check if I arrived safely safely I took the trip alone and when I got out she will take me pictures quickly and say show them you were at Pretoria Sun 1 To Ellen I want to ask her to keep up the good work and hope others will lean from her

I liked the free coffee and tea. The prices are good. It's a nice quiet place, close to a garage.

The A.C kept on switching itself off. Not sure if it was set to do so or it was a problem in our room. Rooms are a bit small so that was a problem for me because I'd wake up to a stuffy room. The entrance isn't clear, we got lost upon arrival and went to the garage instead.

I loved the overall cleanliness, staff attitude and secure parking. I also loved the online check-in and checkout - I think it is excellent.

There was a group people who were inconsiderate of other as they were singing and making noise in at the parking lot and some speaking loud in the corridors. That was a tune off for us.

The room that we booked was very beautiful and it has child bed

The lady who was @ the reception was something else,I booked the place online when we got there we where standing on the Q again & at that time we where very tired from a long journey the reason why we went there was wanted to rest before continuing with our journey, but the lady was impossible we ask what the point of booking online if we are still going to stand by the Q again,& she was very rude when she told me to stand by the Q

The friendly staff, from the lady in reception to the ladies who maintained the cleanliness of the hotel. Following day we found a different lady at reception and she was also very friendly.

I didn't like how it was easy to leave reception to your room but difficult to find your way back to reception again, it's almost like a maze Lol 😂 PS. there's nothing not to like there.

I liked the service and the fact is easy to check in. I also like that it's quiet and the security as well

In my room the shower door wasn't closing properly so when we took a shower we were stressed that the water is gon make the whole place nut and create more job for the ladies cleaning the room.

The location and security was great. We were allowed to check in before time as we arrived in Pretoria earlier than planned. Check in was fast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Suggestion to increase the number of TV channels. Only 3 SABC channels were showing, therefore, making it a bit boring for the children.

My stay was very comfortable and nice. When I'm around Pretoria i always make use of Sun 1 Pretoria. Thanks also to Ellen being there for many years for her friendliness and good costumer service 😀

Shower 🚿 always have hot water, sheets and bed were clean, fresh and comfortable.on the safe and reacheable location

The bathroom light was not working, it was non smoking room, but there was burnt black stains of cigarettes on the floor.

from the security man, he was so welcoming, the receptioninst Mohau and the other ladies were so welcoming,professional etc, my room was very clean, the cleaners supervisor will passby my room to ask if i am satisfied the way the room was cleaned, the bed was comfortable, my kids did like their beds as well, we really had a wonderful time in SUN1.
