Great location, near the beach Tasty food and good drinks

The elevator needs to be renovated Wifi is always disconnecting

Fantastic variety of food on offer, especially considering hotel was closing on the Saturday of our stay!

Rooms not sufficiently insulated, in our opinion. The noise from next door was not acceptable. We did not complain at Reception but overheard another couple complain, who were offered a different room.

Plenty of sun beds, food was lovely for all inclusive. lovely clean airy feel throughout the hotel. 5 minute walk to the main area of Palma nova, would definitely stay again

The 2 drink rule at the bar can be a pain and seems to make the queue worse, some of my group had their own cups from home and certain staff said that they class as 2 drinks and wouldn’t let them get another. There was often a queue at the bar and at the buffet too.

The gentlemen in the reception was very helpful, polite and nice. One of them booked us a taxi for us and it arrived in just a minute! Also, the happy guy in the bar (Miguel was his name, i think) was very service minded and funny! The Young guys doing water exercisers (ammunition?) was very fun. Also, the lobby was cool and smelled very nice!!

The beds were kind of hard. The elevator was very slow.

Superb location, friendly staff, clean, great choice of food! Lots of sunbeds and good choice of booze for the day time. Close to shops, and bars. Short walk to the beach

The lifeguard! Sucked all the fun from the holiday. No fun around the pool, no drinks near the pool, no inflatables in the pool. No ball games...unless you're playing water polo with the animation team

Great location! very short walk to beach, bank machine just outside, walking distance to everything! Breakfast was the best ! Lovely crowd, no issues at all.

Dinner selection was a little disappointing but wouldn’t put me off staying again! Spirits are watered down or a low percentage used but probily isn’t a bad thing !

Local to beach and shops and very relaxing with perfect sunbathing places. Balcony and room great sizes. Staff lovely and very friendly. Will be staying here again hopefully in the future!

No problem with the hotel, we forgot to bring our travel kettle. Coffee and tea available down stairs. The hotel was great can't fault it!

Pool area is good, never a shortage of sunbeds! Rooms were cleaned everyday! We extended our stay and the hotel let us remain in the rooms we were already in this massively avoided the hassle of having to swap rooms!

Only downside is the lifts take forever but expected when lots of people are trying to use them.

The hotel is perfectly located, clean and most of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are a decent size and very comfortable.

The time spent waiting for the lifts was very frustrating especially when we were on the fifth floor and had my 9 month old grandson with us. We found the barman very rude on our first night, he refused to serve us at 11.45 when the bar area is open until midnight.

Everything good food all inclusive lovely hotel great pool and perfect for a holiday.lot s of food and drink well looked after for a fair price.Rooms spacious and clean fine big tv.cleaners in everyday.
