Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean with a great aircon. The location is very nice, a 10min walk to the old town and a 10min taxi ride to the port were all the bars and restaurants are at night. Breakfast was very simple, no hot food unfortunately but with nice choices of pastries and bread. They offer a water gallon all day so we can have access to drinkable water during our stay. Staff was very friendly and really helpful at all times.

The room was very small for 3 people we barely had space to open our cabin luggages would be ideal for 2. As Palma is expensive the hotel was also very expensive for what it was but I guess this is the price to pay in an expensive city during summer. Breakfast is ok, I missed some hot food or just boiled eggs.

Rooms are really clean and serviced daily, nice bathroom, really friendly and helpful staff, great value for money, fridge in room, good water pressure and shower, 24 hour reception. I stayed 5 nights and I would stay again. 10 mins walk to old town, 25 mins walk to Port de Palma. If you want a nice basic hotel with easy access to all the best bits of Palma then Abelux is a great choice.

The air-con is a bit noisy, but it works well enough. Can hear other guests going up and down the stairs a bit. Other than that, I cannot think of anything negative to say about Hotel Abelux.

The location is ideal for visiting the city and the park. Close to train/bus/metro station. All in walking distance. Basic breakfast with coffee machine, fruits and perfect ensaimadas - they were the best element of breakfast. The balcony is a plus.

Insufficient soundproofing of the neighboring room. We heard every conversation our neighbours were having and the problem was that when we were trying to sleep we clearly heard every song they were listening.

Clean and beautiful. Friendly staff. There was always someone at the reception. They provided us with everything we asked for. Really helpful and kind. Value for money. I would definitely want to go back there.

The window in the bathroom opened to nothing, it had no net so insects could have come inside also the a/c unit on the ceiling. Also if the hotel offered parking slots for it's customers it would have been really helpful.

The room was very spacious, clean and we loved the balcony. The bathroom was modern and clean. We like the everyday clean services. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is 10 min from the railway station and 15 min from the Cathedral. Close to good restaurant and to the bus station. This hotel deserves more than 2 stars.

Everything was very nice. The only minus are the towels which looked old and used. In 2 night we had noisy neighbours, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Some people are not well educated and they do not know to keep quite during the nights!

Not in downtown..still well connected to attractions if walking to main streets and near by pedestrian streets.Decent size room with comfortable beds and necessary air con. Small terrace was a plus. Room had a small fridge that was of huge help to keep water cold. Very quiet neighborhood.

Furniture was a bit scarce. It would have been nice to have a night table. The light switch was located right above my head while sleeping and I Switched it on by mistake twice during the night, that was bothersome. The safe was not working. It would be helpful to have a small counter or shelf in the bathroom to leave personal items.

The location was great. The staff were really nice, they gave us a huge room with a big balcony. Although we did not want cleaning, they left us clean towels on the door - which was really nice of them. All in all it was good.

Nothing really, maybe the bed was not the best.

This is a very decent 2 start hotel. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, good value for money, well decorated, exceded my expectations. Quiet place to stay, no major noise or anything from outside or adjacent rooms. Very convenient, walking distance from centre and plentyyy of restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes away.

The staff are not the most friendly, only efficient.

Very good offer in an expensive city of Palma. The rooms were clean, the balcony view was very nice, newly renovated bathrooms were comfortable! The hotel is located in a nice area of Palma near the bar/restaurant street where the local people often eat. Moreover, the hotel is in walking distance from the heart of the old town of Palma. It's also well comunicated with public bus and train. I will definitely reccomend the hotel!

Would be nice to have a kettle in the room for making coffee in the morning as I don’t go for breakfast. Apart from that everything was fine
