Nice hotel in good location! Also the restaurant was good. Rooms were fresh and air conditioning worked well. We got great local tips for restaurants and tapas bars from the reception. Playroom for kids was good too!

The parking lot we reserved was like 3 blocks away from hotel, so not that convenient when travelling with kids :/ the checking in took ages for some reason and the waiting time was quite uncomfortable.

Room was adequate for 2 people for a 3 night stay. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Very secure. Balcony for chilling. Rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast had ample choice of fruit, yogurt, breads, cheese. toast , butter, marmalade, cakes, croissant, teas, coffees, juice. Hotel bar / restaurant was ideal for relaxing drink. Food looked very nice (we didn't eat here but I did notice locals were using the facility which probably means value for money. Bar was very reasonably priced. Hotel reception, breakfast, bar staff all very pleasant and helpful. Plenty advice from reception on where to go. Short walk to Bus/ Train Station. Taxis cheap for ride into Portixol/Es Molinar where beach is lovely and plenty bars / restaurants. Santa Catalina within walking distance or cheap taxi. We even found the old Bullring just round the corner. Beautiful building which we didn't even know existed.

Everything was really great. To be honest I think this hotel deserve more stars. Cleaning ladies did a wonderful job every second day clean room and towels (if you want every day it is manageable). Bathroom is equipped with working hair dryer, also clean, neat. Hotel is near center only 20min walk, main bus station 10min walk... colloseum 4min... enjoy it! Everyone are so nice and kind and helpful. Also recomendations to have a nice lunch or dinner in restaurant, they have great menu of the day and different ever day for great price.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, nice good size flat screen TV and telephone. Breakfast was plentyfull and good

The room lacked of two basic items of furniture. A wardrobe and/or a chest of drawers. Room 504 was fitted with a shelf fixed on the wall which served as a desk with a chair and a metal frame with a bar across on the top for hangers and two shelves at the bottom but completely open. I had to place my clothes on one of the not very large shelves, the best I could in open view. I used the second shelf to place the suitcase.

The room was clean, although a bit small, with the cot bed fitted in. However the room came with a balcony so handy for washing and drying cloth and allowing fresh air in and out. Groundfloor had a play area and the first floor have a sun lounge. which was great and my child enjoy playing with the toys and running around the sun lounge.

The soundproofing of the room is not too great; we sometimes can hear other room's sound but overall not a huge problem. Shower water temperature sometimes fluctuates and the tap is easy to knock into when showering.

Staff on the desk were really friendly, and one gentleman in particular helped us plan routes around the city and doodled all over a map for us so we knew places to visit and how to get there. The entire room was very clean, no complaints there. Good value for money

Not to say I didn't like these next two points, just something to be mindful of: The breakfast is simple. Toast, cereal, yoghurt, ham, cheese, meats, croissants. If you like a fry up in the morning this probably isn't for you, not to say they won't cook you one, we just didn't see Any hot food, nor did we ask for any. No kettle or drinks facilities in the room. Again, we didn't need one but something to be mindful of.

The property was very clean, the staff as well. The room had the necessary facilities. The A/C was working properly (very needed), not noisy, recommendable!

If you don’t book parking in advance it’s a bit complicated to park it outside. We had to drive at least 20 mins to find a place. It would be nice to get that info in advance (however not a big issue). Need to fix the shower (just put some silicone) because everytime we were having a shower the water was coming outside.

The location is good and 20 minutes from the city center, although I wish it was closer! The breakfast was great with lots of options. My room was comfortable and good size, but I didn´t like the smell of the room once you entered! It would be nice if they put some room freshener as they did in the lobby´s bathroom. The staff were very nice and helpful, specially Sergio who helped me in suggesting lots of places to visit and eat. Also, it was easy to take the bus from the airport to plaza Espana and then walk 15 minutes to the hotel. There is a Mercadona 3 minutes walk from the hotel which is fabulous, I could get some fruit and water bottle any time I needed.

Wish it was a bit closer to the city center.

The staff were super helpful - got us orientated so we knew how to get around. The whole of the old part of the town is within walking distance, so we did a lot of exploring on foot. The staff gave us great recommendations for places to eat and where to go, which bus to catch to see the castle and their favourite beach. The room was very clean.

There's nothing I can think of to improve - for a city hotel it was a good base.

The setting is low key, open and welcoming. The staff are tremendous and make the hotel what it is. As stars go, 2 is pathetic for this hotel; it’s at least a 4 for the compassion and professionalism of the staff.

Sharing walls with strangers will always provoke negativity, especially when people return very late from socialising and make noise. A moot point, really, as any 5* accommodates pissed people.
