The hotel matched my expectations, it was exactly as shown in the images on website/Booking/TripAdvisor. Since the island is quite small, I would recommend renting a car for sightseeing since you can reach each side of the island in less than an hour. Plus side is you can make as much stops as you want and enjoy the magnificent scenery of Mallorca. Car rentals are as cheep as 90€\day and gas prices are 1.7€\l which is quite affordable. So instead of paying bus fares for each visit to the city centre, or going for a stroll nearby, you can use the rental as a cheaper option overall. Parking is quite easy, you can find them almost everywhere, are quite visible, and if you spot parking places marked in white, you can park for free everywhere on the island. Blue parking placed are coming with an extra fee, whereas yellow places are bot for parking and bus exclusively. The location of the hotel was great, 10-15 minutes away from the Airport, bus stops in front of the next hotel just 2 minutes away. The bus line to the city centre also is in a 2 minute walk, quite frequent (every 5 minutes) and costs 2€. The hotel is located in the middle of Playa de Palma which is close to bars and little shops. The premises were always clean, staff was more than pleasant, always in a good mood and assisting in whatever need you might have. Rooms were spacious, well decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. Towels were changed and room was cleaned every day. Each room is equipped with basic toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), but you can ask at reception for additional inquiries. The food was delicious and amazing, both breakfast and dinner buffet were with wide selection of food for distinct tastes, even for vegetarians. For dinners we had a themed cuisine each night. The lobby, beach and sky bars have a selection of drinks for refreshment, with edible straws which adds to the hotel's sustainability policy.

Only downside is the beach 'closes' at 18:30 so the umbrellas are locked and you can't really enjoy longer, but I didn't mind sitting on my towel until sunset.

the bed, as I asked for one double bed, but the hotel gave me room with two single beds with very bad mattress !!

The hotel, location and accommodation were great and highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was a good standard and the cleanliness in all areas of the hotel was excellent. House keeping were very good. We stayed on the first floor, full sea view with a huge terrace including sun beds, room 107. The bathroom and bedroom were very spacious. The decor throughout the hotel was quirky, boho, modern chic with random art work adding a unique feel. A lifeguard was at the lower pool at all times. There was a children’s section and a facility to assist less able into the pool. That was impressive. The roof infinity pool and Sky bar was delightful with sunset views to take your breath away. There was a romantic feel to that section of the hotel. This hotel works very well from all aspects. it’s a stone throw from the beautiful beach. on your doorstep there’s a multitude of excellent bars and restaurants with a friendly and trendy atmosphere. You are spoilt for choice with supermarkets. The airport is 10 mins away, €17 in the taxi. The bus (number 25) from a stop 50 meters from the hotel takes you to Palma for €2 each way. 20 mins journey, get off at the cathedral to be central. It’s the last stop. Cash or bus card only. At times it’s busy. The hotel is an excellent choice for a holiday. They hire out bikes too! I highly recommend The Hotel Gran Fiesta.

We stayed at the hotel from the 19th until the 23rd of May 2023. The first two nights were very noisy and hard to sleep purely because of the guests, not the hotel itself. The reason they were so loud was because there was a cycling event and participants were staying at the hotel enjoying the activities and so they should. The whole resort was very busy for the same reason. If you book to stay at the hotel, check to see what events could be on in that area of Majorca. Our issue was not with the hotel or services but we felt this was worth a mention.

The hotel is located in the quite area of Playa de Palma but close to restaurants and bars on the promenade. We had a room at the 9th floor with an absolutely great view to the sea towards Arenal. The room is big enough, very clean and modern, recently refurbished. It was our second time in this hotel and we would definetly come back anytime. The breakfast si good, almost the same everyday but with plenty of choices so you can find everyday something you like to eat. The stuff is great, almost all of them speak English and they are very nice and responsive all the time.

Location is good. Food on half board package was excellent. Staff friendly. Nice sliding glass panels in toilet and shower.

No real motorised ventilation for toilet and shower so the toilet smell goes into the room. No heated swimming pools which is a problem in the winter months. Not enough parking spaces. Very bad (abbrasive) toilet paper supplied. The balcony door very hard to slide open and close. The balcony smells of urine as it seems other customers have relieved themselves there in the past. Room 606. Room too small.

Amazing location, beach, restaurants, bus stop, airport, everything was nearby. We loved this place. Our room was on 7th floor and sea view was great. Indoor pool was clean and warm, it was too cold to swimm outside, but nice to chill by the outdoor pool. Food very delicious, we had half board and there was something to choose for everyone. Supermarket is 5 min on foot, and everything that you might need is few steps away. Would love to come back here.

There was no playroom for kids or any other activity or entertainment for my 6 y.o. but outside on the beach walk plenty of things to do for the kids. Sometimes there was a funny smell from the bathroom, probably due to strong northern wind during our stay. Elevators are very small and not sufficient for hotel of this size and it took them ages to arrive, so ask for lower floors if you don't like doing too much steps.

Great experience which we will repeat Friendly staff, easy checkin, supportive. Delicious and rich breakfast, great rose Cava! Dinner fantastic, every evening a different theme: Asian, Italian, local, Spanish, etc. We were simply amazed The staff were kids friendly, they loved our baby and our baby loved the staff. Our baby sends her kisses to Alexandra! Ps: thank you for the cava, it made the baby 1st birthday even greater as it was already

Super location right next to the beach! You can swim both in the pool or in the sea or both! Rooms was nice with a nice view over the sea. The terrace is amazing, specially in the sunset!

We had half-pension (breakfast and dinner). Breakfast was great but the quality of the dinner was so and so. But the hotel is located in a german area so that might be the cause of the class of the food ha ha.. The personnel, specifically in the reception / bars talked german with everyone (a minus for us).

Fantastic location, right beside the beach and bus stops, superb connection with the centre and airport. Very friendly, happy and helpful staff!! No problem with the communication. Very clean place. Excellent breakfast and dinner lots of variety of food.

Our double bedroom had two single beds, and the shower door was leaking. After every shower floor was flooded Bathroom was preaty big but to wash your hands we had to step in to shower 🙈🙈 the planing of the batroom was soo ridiculous and so much unused space, also there was a problem with a surge outside and for a few days we couldn't seat on balcony or open the windows because of the smell. And during the whole stay you get only one bottle of water... no refill 🤔🤔
