I was researching Palma hotel for quite a long time so here is my detailed review. -The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and there is a bus stop right in front of it -The staff I encountered were always friendly and helpful -Beach towels and room safe were provided free, so disregard any negative comments about it -I didn't face any issues with the elevators, the wait was never longer than 1-2 minutes -The hotel and facilities look newly furnished and quite stylish; my personal highlight was the rooftop terrace with a bar -They would clean our room every day! -Breakfast was diverse enough to eat something new every day of a week; all products were fresh and tasty; the dining area is clean and looks aesthetically pleasing

-It really depends on your level of comfort, but the bathroom and shower are not completely isolated from the room. The doors are made of glass so there is barely any noise cancellation or privacy -I agree with other people's comments about the strange bedding that comes with the duvet. They basically don’t have a proper cover for your blanket and put it in between of two regular bed sheets which is not comfortable and looks weird

The breakfast was super! Really clean hotel, comfy beds. The pool area was lovely, DJ on one afternoon during our stay and chilled music otherwise. Staff were lovely and even provided a surprise complimentary bottle of Prosecco on my birthday which I really appreciated! The hotel is a stones throw away from the beach and plenty of places to eat nearby. Bus service running to the city/ other areas from just outside hotel.

There was a really unfriendly staff member working at the rooftop bar on the evening we went up for a sundowner. We didn’t stay long, he was so dismissive!

Very nice room. Nice shower. 100% Clean. Close to beach. Close to supermarket. Close to bus station. 4 star quality food. Has a large shower room that can be reserved for when leaving after checkout. Far away from the loud and horrible German party area.

No changing the beachtowels sooner than 3 days usage because of 'ecological' reasons which I found unhygienic. The hot water in the shower constantly changed temperature from hot to very hot when opened maximum. The woman at the reception was not friendly at all when her mentor wasn't around. The fruitbasket at the buffet was too small for the amount of people.

The property is very beautiful, well designed and decorated. the staff are very friendly and took really good care of us. I didn’t lift a finger for those 8 days my room was cleaned each day, drinks and food were delivered to me at the pool. I got a sick during my stay the bar staff were able give me ginger and hot drinks on demand to help me feel better.

pictures of children on the first floor and reception not sure why there is pictures of children in an adults only Hotel. makes no sense to me

The view , the gym, the food, it's location, the sauna , the complementary water.

The attitude of the lady that gives the massages, If she is giving a massage and the hotel books people to use the leisure areas, your situation is with the people that made the book not with customers. You shouldn't be allowed to speak directly to customer with your wrong attitude that takes the value of the place down. Air conditioning did not work instead of making it cool it was heating the place, but the night shift reception fella borrowed me a fan.

hotel was clean, beautifully decorated and the staff! a special mention to Alex (on the pool bar downstairs and sometimes in the restaurant) and Evelyn in the restaurant. they weee both so kind and friendly and really made our stay extra special for my friends birthday! they really are a true asset to this hotel for sure!

the pool was too cold and although the food was delicious it was never hot enough, was barely warm.

Very good location, just a few steps from the beach. Nice staff at the reception and exceptionally great cleaning service :) Wide choice for breakfast.

A bit too cold water in roof jacuzzi. Not very comfy beds - two separated beds on wheels instead of one king bed which would be much more appreciated. I can also imagine better/more tasty selection of dinner buffet.

Great breakfast, nice facility, close to the see. Fast internet. Clean rooms and great service

Size of the shower cabin - ridiculously tiny. I am tall and slim but for the bigger person it may not be possible to turn around.

We visited in July whilst the country was on the UK green list. The hotel was incredibly clean, all of the staff whether inside or outside had masks on. Sanitiser stations everywhere. No menus so it was covid secure when QR codes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful modern decor, lots of space to relax and sunbathe. Couldn’t recommend enough. Will definitely be back! My only slight downfall I feel there could be more choice in food on the buffet in the evening.

breakfast was good, diverse; hotel was very pretty, the nice perfume at the entrance gave it an expensive vibe; the rooftop bar was a nice touch; beds were really comfortable

the rooftop pool was very small with too few sun beds; the hotel room layout is a bit odd with the shower and toilet in the same room
