Very good breakfast, location close to the beach. Comfortable pool. Possibility to store luggage and take a shower before leaving to the airport. Also there was possibility to buy a sandwich from breakfast to take out. I recommend stay in this hotel. Bus stop is very close to hotel, take bus A2 to the airport, aprox. 20 mins.

The Hotel far exceeded 3* expectations,& the food choice each day was fabulous.The Staff are unreal,so friendly, so accommodating & nothing is too much trouble for them.The bedroom standard,with daily service,was exceptional. Lovely Pool area & lounges. All round a fabulously well run Hotel,& a credit to all the Staff.

Just that the Entertainment was reasonable & maybe could run until 10.30pm or 11pm to keep the Guests on site for longer

Very good location, breakfast and dinner is stunning. The staff is polite and helpful (unfortunately rarely speaks english, everyone speaks german instead :)) We hope to come back some time!

Unfortunately if you leave earlier than breakfast time, you can not take away anything(not even a sandwich). You can go to the restaurant and eat what you find(bread, ham, cheese) and drink coffee,tea,juice on the spot. It is quite uncomfortable.

distance to the beach and shops. pools, cleanliness of the room. staff did great job, they were so welcoming and always smiling. salads at the dinner were so tasty, I always had to get more..paella dish at the dinner just yummy, air conditioning worked perfectly in such hot weather, fridge in the room, drying rack at the balcony,

Coffee wasn’t that good, maybe I am just too spoilt in Italian coffee…some vegetables weren’t freshly cooked( mushrooms seemed to be from a jar) some breakfast pastries were stale..Juice machine didn’t serve juice but some powder mix drink( nevertheless my daughter liked it ;)All in all there was a lot of food to choose from and you will never be hungry :)

The location is great, everything is within walking distance (bus stop to Palma, beach, supermarkets, shops, restaurants).The staff is very friendly and competent.

The walls in the room are a bit thin (you can hear e.g. your neighbor's shower).

Location - 10/10. 5 mins drive from the airport. Airport shuttle bus stop just 3 mins walk. 5 mins walk to the beach. Staff - 10/10. Very responsive to my request. Have a quiet room on the top floor with sea view. Help me print my boarding pass. Room - 9/10. Very clean and quiet. Comfy bed. A balcony with sea view. Shampoo and shower gel supplied. But WIFI not working well in my room. Bar - good free live show every evening. Drinks are very cheap and tasty. Really love the ‘Smiley’. Bar and lounge has a very fast WIFI. They also have an indoor swimming pool but I didn’t try.

Good hotel for the price. Good location - only a few minutes walk to the beach. Can usually find a parking space nearby in the street. Large swimming pool and not overcrowded (in early june).

Room was a bit small but ok for the price. Reception staff take a long time to check-in (explaining every little point that nobody cares about). One elevator was not working so there is a queue sometimes (luckily i was on first floor so just take the stairs).

Great hotel! Excellent servise, nice swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and dinner. We were in 5th floor, nice view with seaside. You can also buy a dinner as a hotel resident if you want. This possibility is really good! Calm address but really close to the center and beach. Near is everything, bus stop, beach, restaurants, shops, park.

Location was really good, close to the airport, on Playa de Palma and the beach was about 150 m from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was pretty spacious even it was one-person room. Hotel was older, but nicely renovated. Balcony has a hanger for drying clothes/towel. I loved the bike room for storing my rented bike. The bike room accessible also through the reception. Big "all You can eat" breakfasts and dinners with variety of food (i ate a lot to gain energy before/after bike rides).

I didn't like the door/wall thickness or insulation. I was waken up several times when my neighbors returned from a party at 4 AM. But they were very loud in general. Sauna was closed because of covid (i knew it will be). There was big variety of food, but it didn't change much. There were no olives during dinner, i expected there will be some in Spain. No free drinks during dinner, You have to buy it. No special washing service for cyclists (washing of the cycling clothes).
