It’s a stunning hotel with amazing views and so lovely and clean! The reception staff were so helpful and friendly including Victoria, and we were greeted by Alejandro to happily help us with our bags soon as we arrived.. Palmanova has some lovely places to eat just down the street including SiSo Beach and The Olive Tree. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat! - Thank you Elba staff.

Only small downside was it was card only in the hotel bar, spa and Bow restaurant. however you can put cash on your room at reception and have them charge you that way.. (the spa is also lovely)

Beautiful location and close to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Great facility, nice outside space, and an enormous breakfast buffet with everything you may ever want...

They make it very hard to make spa/massage reservations. We tried for 3 days and finally got a day a further 3 days in the future (after our departure). There are only 2 spa staff which is certainly an issue. They also need a knowledgeable concierge to help with local arrangements for restaurants and activities.

Bar constantly had queues and was very slow. Also unhappy that we prebooked and paid 750 euros for 3 nts for 2 of us - so 375 euros each. Our friend decided to flight out the night after us without a booking. She was given a room larger than ours, for 2 nts for 48 euros total! This is completely unfair

Food could have been hotter At breakfast scrambled eggs every morning were cold We would have eaten dinner there more but chips paella were cold few other guests said the same Plates were cold Hopefully it will be different on our next visit

Amazing views, picturesque hotel. Very clean and quiet

No fridges in room! Had medication that required a fridge and sadly went off. There is a "cool" box which doesn't keep things cool.

The views were amazing, everything was clean and well thought out and the staff all helpful and cheerful. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the restaurant for lunch, overlooking the sea, was worth the money.

The bathroom is just frosted glass surrounding the toilet and shower. It’s very small and lacks a little privacy, which is fine as a couple, but worth noting. The beach towels, for around the pool, were small and they would only give one towel per person, take your own if you can. There was no courtesy room at the end of the stay, just the use of a shower in the spa, which was in the tiny changing room.

We just spent a lovely week at Elba Sunset. We are delighted with the design of the hotel and the testeful interiors. The rooms are large, spacious with a beautiful seeview. Very comfortable, huge beds and capacious wardrobes with safe. Professional and friendly room service ensures perfect cleanliness. The quality of service, courtesy of the reception, level of cleanliness and excellent cuisine and waiters deserve recognition. Special thanks to the chefs Gaye and Shek, and the wonderful girls from the bar Angela and Paula. Thanks to all other staff members who took care of our comfort during our stay. We have no any objections. It was a great time in beautiful place ! We will come back here for sure and we strongly recommend ! Agnie and Peter

The hotel is amazing, the location is great on the sea, you got everything you need. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel so you don’t need to walk to get anything you need. The hotel offers sun beds near the pool and it’s not crowded and very clean, you got a DJ everyday. At night the restaurant have different singer performance to enjoy the night. The hotel is really quite We had a room with a great view so we enjoyed the nights at the room as well.

There wasn’t supplies to clean the shower or the bathroom. We had to wait for the cleaning service.

when I arrived I walked in to a lovely welcome from the staff. It had amazing views. room was gorgeous and clean.

The Buffet dinner exceeded our expectations, we stayed 7 days, and each day had totally different dishes with good quality. The buffet included seafood and meat, only fewer options for vegetarians, but we are not. The restaurant manager works extremely hard and effectively, an excellent example to all restaurant servers. The location is also nice, in a quite area, around 1km to the beach. We stayed on the fourth floor, a sea-view room, which was perfect for us. The view was amazing. The reception was really friendly and helpful as well, especially Luca. The swimming pool on the 5th floor is big enough for all the guests, with enough chairs, so we never need to worry about having no chairs to relax.

The floor around the swimming pool is extremely slippery, I saw people fall on the floor, which can be dangerous for elderly people. One of the employees Ivan who works in the restaurant is really lazy but good at acting busy, I feel sad for people who need to work with him.
