Just spent a week in this lovely villa. Fantastic location right across the road from supermarket,shops and a selection of restaurants. There is a taxi rank just outside if you want to travel into centre of Playa Blanca. Villa was spacious and spotless and had everything we needed for a chilled out week.

Villas Marinas are conveniently located at east border of Playa Blanca area close to local shopping centre, restaurants and bus station if you wish to take a drive to the central of the city. It is also walking distance from Playa de las Mujeres, just about 15 minutes using adjacent trials, open sand beach, one of the popular destination for sea and sun lovers. We have often dropped down to the Atlantic, about 300m, for coastline walk on Paseo Marítimo San Marcial. Lanzarote offers solid cycling routes for road and off road enthusiasts, I am one of them. There is one exclusive road out of Playa Blanca, LZ-701, which takes you to La Hoya from where many routes begin. I have also attached the layout of the Villas Residential for orientation because it can be tricky to allocate your villa when you arrive at night.

There is really nothing not to like if you have realistic expectations about winter weather on this island. Temperatures oscillate around 17 - 22 centigrades and Atlantic is on the cold side but enjoyable. Sunshine is prevalent all days so you feel very 'summertime'. Only setback that can be experienced are time to time when strong NE winds occur bringing with them dust from nearby West Sahara about 125km only, they cover everything and also affect visibility.

We really liked the villa, small supermarket and restaurants close by. Nice promenade walk to main town, but had a car to get about in and a private parking space at the villa. If you want to self cater a cooker microwave toaster dishwasher and washing machine included so very good facilities. Was a fairly quiet area so all in all very happy with our choice.

We loved the situation of the viilla being close to Papagayp and facilities yet away from the crowds .

We didnt like the traffic noise in the early part of the morning from delivery trucks buses and cars . Being in No.40 was windy with its elevation.

Great location get for a budget family or couple getaway

The pool was not heated, I suppose this is okay at the heights of summer but when we stayed in March 2024 it was unbearably cold so could not use it.

Fantastic location, great views from elevated position. Close to local amenities including a decent supermarket. Very clean upon arrival. Communication with owner / villa manager was excellent.

Nothing to dislike.

The villa had everything to make a self-catering holiday perfect. The bed was a little hard, but apart from that, we loved the facilities offered, and the location was ideal.

Great location and property. The staff were super communicative and friendly and the self-checkin process was extremely easy.

We stayed for 8 nights and there wasn’t a change of towels.

Fabulous quality accommodation, fully self enclosed with your own cactus garden, pool, barbecue and terrace area, washing room etc. Free , easy parking and great team taking care of the place.

The location is a drive away from the nearest nice places for dinner and drinks (Playa Blanca) or sandy beaches (Punta Papagayo, Playa Mujeres etc) , though there's a shopping centre with bars and a supermarket very nearby.

Perect for a family holiday Nice and quite area with local shops about 200m. Beach is about 600yards away.

The wall between the villa is thin. I snore loud so i had the next villa occupants banging on the wall at their first night. So i spend my holiday in the lounge with the spare mattress
