View from the terrace - absolutely magical. And location of the hotel, couldn't be any better. The hotel is old, but the rooms were renovated. Overall had a great experience and a very pleasurable stay.

Breakfast was good, but the lack of vegetables just got to me. Stupid I know, but I really was shocked when there was absolutely nothing except for tomatoes 😂 The hotel itself is extremely old and outdated, it didn't bugg us as the rooms were okay.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and very touristy area, full of shops and restaurants, but all goes quiet after 22:00, we could only hear the ocean during the night. The view of the ocean from the balcony was breath taking. The bed was huge and confortable. The breakfast was very diverse. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a spa and even a ping pong table.

The cleaning of the room could have been done much better, there were traces of cleaning with a dirty mop or water. I suppose that, as everywhere, there is lack of personnel and they don’t have enough time per room. The ping pong rackets which were lent to us (for free) were the dirtiest and greasiest I have ever seen. I washed them myself. But the view from the room, the price of the hotel and all the other advantages made us tolerate all the inconveniences. I would still return.

The staff were brilliant! They were efficient and friendly.

The 'Animation' or entertainment team need to liaise more effectively with the staff at the reception desk. We had been looking forward to watching the flamenco dancing, which had been moved to the first floor. We asked at the reception desk, but they were unable to tell us where this was taking place. Eventually, another guest alerted us and we managed to watch the last ten minutes of the show.

Lovely welcome from the staff when we arrived, super helpful. Plenty of areas to sit and relax. Lovely original Canarian courtyard garden , super relaxing area. Pool area is lovely and well kept. Bar staff very friendly and efficient. Bar prices very good. Location is just amazing. We had a sea view balcony room and just loved the beautiful view of the harbour, martianez and promenade walkway . It was great watching the real life buzz going on .

A kettle in the room would have been nice for an early morning cuppa.

Location. Amazing view if you choose room with balcony and sea view, totally worth the extra euros. Hotel has a rooftop 6 floors above McDonald's with huge potential to become a chill/ happening bar- terrace with one of the best views in Tenerife. Quality of breakfast buffet was good.

No parking or save location to stop the car to drop off luggage before going to find parking somewhere else but it is understandable since it is all pedestrian around the hotel. Hotel needs major renovation.

Nice swimming pool and had a really relaxing morning there. Breakfast was standard buffet but good. Room was excellent, big with very comfortable beds. Loved it!

the wifi connection at the pool and reception was good but at my room, the 11th floor, not or hardly not working. Very slow and unstable. Also the reception area and the elevators could use an upgrade. Very outdated.

We had a great stay at this hotel :) The hotel staff was very kind to give us a room with sea view without charging extra. Our room was quite large, had a balcony and a bathtub. The bed was super comfortable and very large. The cleaning was excellent. The location is great, close to everything in Puerto de la Cruz, 15 minutes walk from the bus station. There is a great choice for breakfast - it is a buffet breakfast. There is also a pool and a gym available - despite the central location, the pool area is quiet and it is great to relax there.

The hotel looks a bit worn out and facilities need refurbishing but despite this, everything is very clean so it didn't really bother me.

Perfect location - has all amenities. Hotel has a great range of activities and is close to the lido - although the pool is beautiful. Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Would have loved tea/coffee making facilities in the room along with a mini fridge. Safe was a small fee, however free would have been better or a better system than having to go down to reception for the activator. No hotel parking although there is parking nearby - parking for hotel guests would be a bonus.

The position was excellent. Breakfast very good, a lot of options. Around the hotel are a lot of facilities: restaurants, supermarket, farmacy, clothes stores, Martianez beach, Loro Parque at 30 minutes on foot.

Hotel looks a bit old, the shower cap was broken, there is no parking in the close proximity of the hotel, you have to walk 10 -15 min to a public parking space.

Close to everything, staff very helpful. Food fresh.

We had three beds in one room and was a bit cramped. We had to move the suitcase stand to under the television and was difficult to get to the balcony,
